Here is a LiMiTED movie released by group NODLABS. “The World Unseen” is 2007 film written and directed by Shamim Sarif, based upon a novel she had written. The film is set in Cape Town, South Africa during apartheid. The films stars Lisa Ray and Sheetal Sheth as two Indian South African women who fall in love in a racist, sexist, and homophobic society. Kinky :) It’s a 1-CD size standard release with English/French sub.

PLOT: In the pressure cooker of apartheid South Africa, two women meet and their worlds are turned upside down. Miriam is a traditional Indian mother – hardworking and self-effacing. Amina breaks all the rules by driving a taxi and setting up a cafe with a local black man. In the face of outraged disapproval, their friendship flourishes. But the price, for Miriam, is the discovery of impossible truths about her marriage. In a system that divides white from black, black from Asian and the women from men, what chance is there for an unexpected love to survive?

    The worst accent has got to be chavs (found in England – low class uneducated trash) these days! How the hell England has fallen so far I don't know!

    Our American cousins aren't so bad, their accents are ok they just can't spell or say aluminium properly – oh and they leave the letter "u" out of everything:)

    As for South Africa, the Afrikaans (ex dutch) white accent is very strong, the English (ex British) is ok but it has also been greatly influenced by the yanks.

    A fresh girl speaking English sounds nice :)
