The Universe S02E16 DSR XviD-OMiCRON
It has been awhile since I have updated with the great, but possibly too long of a run time documentary The Universe. My only complaint about the show is they tend to repeat information with different wording in order to fill in the 45 minutes. Instead they should just make it a 23 minute documentary series, no ? Tonight’s episode theme is what are the biggest things in the universe ?
Biggest Things in the Universe: We can’t compare anything on earth to the biggest things known in space. The Lymann Alpha blob is a bubble like structure containing countless galaxies–perhaps the biggest object in the entire universe. Regions of radio-emitting gas called “radio lobes” could be even bigger. Then there are super galaxy clusters which are hundreds of galaxies merged together due to cosmic collisions. Discover which is the largest planet, star, star cluster, constellation, black hole, volcano, galaxy, explosions, moon, storm, impact crater and “void” in space.

Thanks, I like the show but I’d like it more if it didn’t have those stupid analogies and at least some maths. I feel like a simpleton watching it, must be the purdy graphics
spatula, i agree, besides teh fact that teh graphix are pretty MEH!
Good show though. Has taught me a few random facts in all of the repetition of animations that the show is made of.
More entertaining the australian tv that is for sure.

Thank you mr.X! Yeah I agree with 7 and 8, they tend to simplify things a little too much, and I see what mr.x means by the show repeating things a bit, but that’s only on episodes where they just don’t have enough material. I love the show, and it would be too short if it was half the length.
Your jocks are actually in this show, when they show the milkyway, they are just so small nobody can see them.
BUT they used hubbles wide-angle-lens so in the end when they try to show the biggest thing in the universe u can see partial of Juck Norris’ best Piece. PEACE :-).

Booooring, just theories, even thou it was done by the greatest minds, but those minds always forget: We didn’t even scratched the surface. “There is nothing faster than the speed of light”, and after few minutes…….”well tachions cannot go slower than speed of light”…???? WTF?
I watched 3 episodes of Universe, and every time they make paradoxes in their show.
I need proof!!!!!! Not some theories! Theories keep in school, don’t make it public if you cannot prove it!
