One more movie for Sunday’s morning: The Third Wish is a romantic comedy, classic of the genre. Unfortunately for us, it’s full of clichés, hard-to-believe charactors and very average acting. The movie was filmed back in 2005 so you can enjoy the retail source and English subtitles included in the release. The funny thing is their domain for official homepage already expired and it contains some stupid ad portal now. That’s quite a quality argument, isn’t it?
This modern-day fairy tale mixes romantic comedy with fantasy to create a frothy confection. Bookstore employee Maggie Malone (Jenna Mattison) thinks she has earned three wishes from a rare copy of a Charles Dickens novel, but she’s actually the lucky recipient of a strange man’s generosity. A sexy British lawyer (Sean Maguire, THE CLASS) helps her change into a fairy tale princess, but she has more on her mind than a makeover. Betty White (THE GOLDEN GIRLS) and Armand Assante (THE MAMBO KINGS) costar.

FYI, review states “AC3 audio” on this 1 CD rip which is not true. Actual sound is ‘MPEG-1 Layer 3 @ 82 kb/s, monophonic VBR′
