    Is this going tobe like the non working… BAT release? The BAT rls does not work on legit US releases (retail)? This is driving my wife and I crazy!! plz help admins!

    If you’re using the “legit” US copy go download the US patch, not the worldwide patch. Check over at http://www.filefront.com/listing/pub2/The-Sims-3/Official-Patches and find the US patch that is for your version.
    If you need the NoCD there are many ways of doing this. Use a miniDVD, use a NoCD ‘mod’ via a sims mod (doesn’t affect any exe’s or changing any files etc.) or use a no-cd crack like the ones included with these files.

    Just redirect your shortcut to TS3.exe not the Launcher.exe and you wont need mini images or similar to run the game. Of course use supplied crck first :)
