The Sims 2 IKEA Home Stuff-RELOADED

Here we have another expansion pack for very popular game The Sims 2. This version is released by Reloaded and it works!

ABOUT SIMS 2:
The Sims 2 is a strategic life simulation computer game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to the best-selling computer game, The Sims, which debuted on February 4, 2000.The Sims 2 essentially revolves around the same concept as its predecessor. Players are free to control their Sims (as they interact with their virtual surroundings) engaging in various mundane activities and forming relationships in a manner similar to real life. Like its predecessor, The Sims does not have a defined final goal; gameplay is open-ended. Sims 2, however, has life goals, wants and fears, the fulfillment of which can produce both positive or negative outcomes. All Sims age, and can live over 100 Sim days depending on the degree of which their aspirations are fulfilled (although some items can extend a Sim’s lifespan further).

ABOUT THIS PACK:
Give your Sims’ home a makeover with new furniture and items based on stylish designs by IKEA!
Whether you want to create a trendy, spacious office, a chic living room, or a cozy and inviting bedroom, you can make your Sims’ dream house into something even better-a home. Design your Sims’ rooms to fit their personalities with all-new sofas, beds, tables, TV units, shelving, and more, in a variety of colors and patterns for a truly unique look. Wow, I mean just wow. It’s unreal how much money EA is making off these Sim’s add-ons. It was definitely a good decision to buy Maxis. What a joke digital IKEA furniture?

All I have to say is wow.

Do people really spend money on all this junk?

    June 24th, 2008 | 18:33

more importantly, do scene gorups really spend time cracking this junk when there are games like Alone in the Dark that have been out for alomst a week? groups are going for the easy cracks so that they can add another feather to their caps whilst ignoring the games people really want because they’re too lazy to spend time cracking zny protection that’s unfamiliar.

Oh yes, they do. Can you imagine being told you’re going spend another six months to develop _another_ SIMS 2 expansion, this time with OFFICIAL IKEA FURNITURE!? Another reason why game developing sucks.

  32. ba4ka
    June 24th, 2008 | 19:54

This is probably the most useful addon yet, great if you are thinking of moving and don’t wanna keep your old crap furniture, just mix it a bit and see how it looks.

    Affordable at that.

I really don’t understand the hate towards IKEA.

Apart from my office chair, i’ve gotten everything from IKEA, and the one thing i’m the least satisfied with is… my office chair, didn’t last 2 weeks before starting to squeak like crazy, and it’s only gotten worse…. so yeah…

But sure, if you have no taste at all and don’t know how to furniture your house then i guess it could get pretty nasty, good thing you have the sims expansion now then ;P

    June 24th, 2008 | 20:13

IKEA should give this away for free at their stores. After all, it’s only a virtual catalog that they hope will help sell their products. I wouldn’t pay money for this any more than I would buy a t-shirt with some corporate logo on it. They should pay me for the advertising if they want me to wear their logo on my chest. Same deal here…give the add-on away for free with a discount coupon for anything you use in the game and actually buy in real life.

Really, I DON’T get the hate towards IKEA. Sure, I wouldn’t buy everything from IKEA either, such as my bed, but IKEA is probably the only place you can go in without a kitchenknife to your name and come out with enough stuff to fill an entire flat.

Affordable, Durable and a whole bunch of other good stuff. And the best goddamn prefabricated meatballs in the world! :D It’s like a little Swedish haven wherever I go. :)

The game is ridiculous though. Really, who plays this crap?

  65. Lunacy182
    June 25th, 2008 | 12:32

@66 People bash IKEA for the same reason they bash big company’s, because it makes them cool to hate popular things.

1 sec. I have to go become cool. “I hate IKEA with their durable furniture at low prices!”
Wait, I think I did that wrong. I guess I’ll never be cool.

  66. Lunchie
    June 25th, 2008 | 15:06

The serial worked for me, but the Crack did not. I am running Vista Home premium. Did anyone else have a problem with the crack? The game starts, but then just freezes…. After a lil bit i hit escape then the program just ends.

You really think that you are very special, don’t you? Why do you pay so much attention to something you don’t like? I really don’t understand that. And maybe there are people who really buying this but the people who are coming to this place don’t buy it. They come here because they want to download it. So if you want to bother people who buy such stuff I should go to the sims 2 forum or something like that.
Well, I’m going to have very much fun with my new furniture! :)
