No doubt The Simpsons is one of the greatest TV Shows ever to be made. Period. I think I’ve watched every single episode of this show from start to finish and also have a few DVDs of the early seasons. There’s no need to introduce this one as I’m pretty sure everyone has heard to this show. I will try to post as many seasons weekly as i can. There’s many different types of versions floating around, stuff like 99mb,x264 files and etc. But i’ll bring you only the scene DVDRip which are released in a standard size. Please i don’t want wars in the comment sections fighting about which cartoon is better, as we all know The Simpsons is (:.
America’s first family of dysfunction, the Simpsons, appear in all their depraved glory in this wonderful DVD compilation of their show’s premiere season. Fans accustomed to the slick appearance of the later episodes will be delighted by the rougher nature of these earlier episodes, when the characters weren’t as well defined (Homer isn’t quite as dumb as he is in later seasons) and the animation was still evolving. This only adds to the charm of these 13 episodes, which begin with “Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire,” the December 1989 Christmas special in which a down-and-out Simpson family adopt Santa’s Little Helper. Throughout the season, familiar faces are introduced, as we catch first glimpses of Smithers, Mr. Burns, the Flanderses, and Patty and Selma. Highlights of the season include “The Crepes of Wrath,” in which Bart is sent to France as an exchange student (”Don’t mess up France the way you messed up your room”); “Bart the Genius,” in which Bart ends up in a school for the gifted; and “Krusty Gets Busted,” in which Bart’s lifelong animosity with Sideshow Bob begins.

yeah, that's why there's been 20 seasons (20 years) of this, cuz this show is crap. know any other cartoons that have been around that long? yeah, I thought so.
@1 mkv doesn't play on xbox 350's or divx dvd players so it's completely useless for me.
shouldn't we be sticking to new releases? that is why the site is called release log.
Try "mkv2vob", A program which will remux mkv with x264 video and AC3 audio to a vob file or Blu-ray/AVCHD which is playable on the sony ps3. No transcoding/ recompression is done(mpeg2 transcoding for some files that wont work on the ps3), the streams are simply split and mux into the vob.

I, for one, welcome Vantec's TVpacks. Hope you upload all seasons eventually.
However The Simpsons stopped being funny at season 11, everything from there till now are just watchable to kill time.
If you don't like the simpsons, don't watch them, pretty simple isn't it? Ungrateful little punks.
I hope you put up season 6, it's next to impossible to find here on dvd. Well, the dvd sets used in the picture above that is, if you want the lame simpson character shaped plastic cases that won't fit on your dvdrack, you are good to go.
And to those thinking the simpsons has gone down hill, sorry to burst your bubble, but it hasn't gone anywhere, it's just above your head. Go back and watch from season 1, about half way through, to the current eps, same humor, same setups, nothings changed except your attention span, and ability to reason.

Im not. The blurry and pale animations in the earlier seasons are unbearable after watching the latest seasons.

OK, listen up people.
No one is going to post megashares links, because this scene release is years old. I have a megashares account too, but the only way there will be links is if a person like me or you will upload what we/they download from rapidshare or hotfile. Be thankful the guys at RLSLOG are posting any links period.
And the torrents prolly won't be posted seeing as the release is years old as well and the torrents prolly nowadays require registration and/or the public ones have no seeders.
