The Signal LiMiTED DVDSCR XViD-iSO700

Hi. We have some more splatter here in the form of “The Signal”. I can just repeat myself that I personally dont like these types of movies. But fans will enjoy ofc. Have fun. :)

Note: NUKED: bad.crop.no.ivtc.dupe.frame.every.5

Synopsis: Much like 28 DAYS LATER, THE SIGNAL is a zombie film in disguise asking the question, “What would you do if everyone suddenly turned psychotic?” It is New Year’s Eve in the city of Terminus, and Mya (Anessa Ramsey) has just begun an extramarital affair with Ben (Justin Welborn). As she leaves his apartment, he turns on the television to witness a noisy and colorful swirl. The mysterious transmission affects all television, radio, and cell phone signals, causing normal citizens to transform into bloodthirsty killers. By the time Mya reaches her apartment, her building is littered with corpses, and her husband, Lewis (A.J. Bowen), shows the first signs of the condition, causing Mya to flee for safety. Part two is a bleak domestic comedy in which Lewis, searching for his wife, invades the home of a young couple preparing for a party only to kill several potential guests. In the final segment, Ben and Lewis traverse an intensely chaotic landscape in a race to find Mya.

    Hey, is’nt this a rip off of stephen king’s ‘cell’?

    I know that film was being made but I don’t think this is it is it?

  19. Gaius
    April 30th, 2008 | 18:59

    No, its not a ripoff of “Cell”

    It’s way more imaginative than “Cell”

    @18
    yeah, this does sound exactly like King’s “Cell.” good book, but not his best. i hear it’s been optioned as a movie, with Eli Roth (Hostel 1 & 2) directing.

    I’m gonna give this one a shot. I’ll watch any zombie flick at least once, and the premise for this sounds pretty cool. Now it’s a question of acting…..
    Also, when’s Doomsday.R5.XviD-iAPULA gonna be posted here? I’ve been trying to find some RS links for it, but can’t find anything yet.

    Shame about the Doomsday audio…

  35. Uh-Oh!
    April 30th, 2008 | 22:24

    This movie starts out very promising, then turns into a weird, uncomfortable comedy that just won’t go away. Some brutal scenes with half-way decent effects, but it comes back to life way too late for me. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to laugh or squirm, so I did neither.

    It’s different. I’ll give it that. Surely worth a watch, if you’re into this type of film, just to see the early action.
