A not really well known group HDCP released a PDTV rip of 2007 documentary The Sex Blog Girls. This British show from director Russell Barnes tells the story of most famous British female sex blogger Abby Lee.

This film charts the rise and fall of an online phenomenon which ended in a tabloid sting and the public humiliation of the very woman who created it. It tells the story of the most explicit female sex blogger – Girl With A One Track Mind author Abby Lee – whose graphic sexual misadventures drew an online readership of a quarter of a million a month and were published as a best-selling book in 2006. Abby takes the audience into the previously inaccessible world of the anonymous female sex blogger and explains how her public profile and eventual identification by the English tabloid media have altered her life. The film also charts the end of the sex blog craze, as the sensationalism wore off, and audiences moved on to other things.

    Read the book a year and a half ago. Typical media, love to bring people down. Celebs love to be caught because it keeps them in the limelight. But here we have an oridnary person who simply kept a blog and just becuase it was about sex the media, rather than celebrate her open mindedness, chose to do what the media does best, bring people down.

    I'd never heard of her, either, but I found the doco quite interesting, except for one glaring omission. They never explained what the "elaborate sting" was that the media used to "out" her.
