Neptune brought us this fine release. Much better picture & audio quality than in Cam rip… of course ;-) . The Ruins are directed by Carter Smith & written by Scott B. Smith( he wrote a novel on which this movie is based on). A lot of good actors, good story and a nice score on IMDb ensure that you will not be disappointed if you watch this movie. PLOT: Based on the terrifying best-seller by Scott Smith, “The Ruins” follows a group of friends who become entangled in a brutal struggle for survival after visiting a remote archaeological dig in the Mexican jungle – where they discover something deadly living among the ruins. To know more about characters in the movie continue reading: On vacation in Cancun, six friends go on an excursion to visit an archaeological dig near Coba. Jeff, a type A guy who is set to begin medical school in the fall with his girlfriend, Amy; Stacy, Amy’s best friend, an irresponsible and promiscuous aspiring social worker whose nickname is “Spacy” along with her boyfriend, Eric, an immature high school teacher; a fun-loving Greek guy nicknamed “Pablo,” who lacks a common language with any of the others; and Mathias, an intense, thoughtful German tourist round out the cast of characters.

    Personally I still like VHS, i have a lot of old tapes I watch once in a while with classic movies and TV shows that just cant be found on DVD/internet. The nostalgia is great too, none of the worthless high def blurays that you need a 4000 dollar screen to watch on, I would rather enjoy my movies than worry about my 1080p resolutions and inches. When recorded right my tapes look just as good on my CRT.

    Ive been getting cracking speeds from them.
    Its made me want a Rapidshare account or alike.
    If im always d/l,yes i get decent speeds with torrents
    taking between 30mins to 2hrs to d/l a movie but
    Flyupload was impressive, a movie in less than ten mins !

    i think all the vhs screeners are being leacked from a certain source, but he’s leaked so many now, their probably coming after him…their probably watermark their next release and see who is leaking the screeners and then throw him in jail

    I have absolutely no problem with any grammatical errors at all, however I do have a few gripes with the site lately.Biggest one is the lack of quality review in the article and the slowness of the posts.There was a time on this site that almost as soon as a release came out a review was up.Lately it seems to take ages and as this release shows there is little or no review of quality or input about the movie.I have used this site for ages and have always enjoyed it, ut it has gone down hill lately.Rarely have I seen a quality review stating to just download the sample.I can do that on any site.I would ask who ever runs this site to get some one who can give a quicker and better post about releases or else I fear that you are in danger of loosing alot of traffic to the site.There is nothing being provided here that other sites don’t offer.I could name a list of sites that have posts hours if not days before your site has about releases.Please don’t take this as an attack on the site or anyone that posts here,it is not intended as such.I just hope to offer some of my views.By the way this is my first time posting here as never before have I truly felt an urge to,but I really feel that it has to be done.

    The quality of this one is a little blurry, which is your typical VHS screener, I would wait for the unrated DVDrip which will be coming out soon.

    On a side note: It looks like anyone can get a job as an editor. All you have to have is hope. :)

    The reason there are VHS screeners around is because someone in the inside has the balls to leak , like in the past years back screeners were common just like dvd screeners , at the time the ppl were caught and VHS screeners were unavailable , looks like someone has taken over the reasky job of leaking again… well done :-)

    Who care about grammar…? These aren’t newspaper articles…

    However, the description leaves MUCH to be desired. I mean, I have not seen this download, but I could have written the same description using by common sense and visiting IMDb!

    I’m not trying to complain, but obviously it is better than the cam version, and you give no insight other than what you pulled off of IMDb. I have to ask if you even downloaded and watched this?

    Thank you for letting us know of its availability, but I thought RLSLOG.NET was about more than compiling a list of new releases? I thought it was about rating their quality and giving your opinion on them…?
