Respected old school group VideoCD is back on the scene! And they couldn’t choose a better release to do so: DVD screener of “Pursuit of Happyness” in awesome quality. It all looks to good to be true, but this is 100% real thing, although only some cams were released before. You can check out 2 min video sample attached below, and you’ll just agree with me the quality (jeez, AC3 sound!) is amazing. Respect.
The rousing, true-life story of a single dad who went from living on the streets to working on Wall Street is brought to the big screen by superstar Will Smith, appearing for the first time opposite his real-life son Jaden Smith. Set in early-’80s San Francisco, the film charts the hard times and eventual comeback of Chris Gardner, a divorced salesman who wins custody of his son, but finds that providing for the two of them is a challenge in the increasingly unstable economic climate. He struggles to work his way from unpaid intern at Dean Witter to something more substantial, even as life continues to offer him setbacks.

you want to know why this is out so early in a screener? it’s because of next year’s oscars, that’s why… guess some academy member was a bit slippy with his copy

when video sample coem out so they or do they not have sound with them? cause ive viewed this sample and the holiday sample and both have no sound
shreddr I just viewed the sample and it has sound…pretty good sound acutally
It has AC3 sound, so your best best is to use VLC media player. As far as I know, most other players won’t give you the sound, properly anyway, without additional plugins/codecs.

Could anyone please tell me if they have had trouble extracting this file using Winrar. I keep getting error messages and cannot play the movie. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Have the same problem. I can extract CD1 just fine. CD2 gives a crs error?
