So any “Pretender” fans here :) If you are, here is something for you, the DVDRip pack of the very first season of this NBC series. The show starred Michael T. Weiss as Jarod, a genius and former child prodigy with “the ability to become anyone he wants to be,” i.e., to flawlessly impersonate anyone in virtually any line of work. Patrick Bauchau and Andrea Parker co-starred as Sydney, Jarod’s childhood friend and mentor, and Miss Parker, an operative for the mysterious organization, called “the Centre”. I really like the character Miss Parker, the words came out from her mouth were always funny :) So the reason for iNTERNAL tag in the release name is HERE. Enjoy this SFM pack!

Jarod is a Pretender-a genius whose exceptional intelligence allows him to assume various identities at will, be it doctor, test pilot or lawyer. Taken from his parents at an early age, Jarod was brought up in the Centre, a think-tank facility where he believed his computer-like mind was being used to benefit mankind. But when he learned the simulations he solved were being sold to the highest-bidder no matter what their intent, Jarod escaped. Now on the run, Jarod embarks on a search for his true identity while also attempting to balance out any wrong his simulations have caused by helping people who are as powerless as he once was…….

    This series was actually around before John Doe and is a completely different storyline, John Doe is a mysteriously dumped figure who wakes up with Amnesia but a wealth of knowledge(supposedly all knowledge) and The Pretender is about Jarod who is a manufactured Genius, a prodigy who is shaped and trained to pretend to be anyone, The Pretender lasted alot longer as well, 4 seasons plus movies, I`d love to see John Doe back (possible with Prison Break ending) but I doubt it will be back unfortunately

    Episode 6 is incomplete. it stops after 28 mins. tested ub VLC and media player classic. The filesize should be about 350meg, but is only about 228MB

    depositfiles is very unreliable – the free service stops every 2nd or 3rd time at 60-80% completion and there is no resume…

    anybody else with this kind of experience???

    I have had that issue with deposit files over the past few weeks.
    Some people said to pause and resume, but it did not connect to server and another try wiped it out as a download.

    Anyhow, you are not alone. A lot of people have had this issue.
