Because the game uses the Impulse registration system, to update, you have to put in your CD Key (which was provided) and the e-mail that it is linked to (which was not provided). Supposedly, this game has already been updated rather severely, but without being able to register with Impulse, we can't update. Does someone have a working key/e-mail they want to share, or a crack to impulse that we can manipulate? Does anyone have a way to get the updates? I have MGS & MGS2: Substance Manga, MGS & VR Missions for the PSX, PC, MGS2 Substance (Sons of Liberty) for the PC (One of the 1st made PC games on that came on DVD, that's right..) It is very rare, 11+ GIG needed for HD space, MGS3: Snake Eater for the PS2 and I also have a wall-scroll and a 10-inch Solid Snake figurine (not an action figure, made strictly for display purposes, hand painted) Have the Subsistance OST, and am on a endless search for the Cyborg Ninja figurine. (very rare) MGS and ZOE created by Hideo Kojima aren't even in the same category as CS, Battlefield, standard FPS, or the WW crap. One is a complete masterpiece, a work of art (however art can possibly be defined) and the other is useless garbage, forgotten within months (CS being an exception, that's like crack for junkies, and they'll always be back for another fix.) Glad you admire MGS. Learn the complete storyline, and look into ZOE as well (Zone of the Enders) I'm sure you'll like it as well (it's quantum-espionage-action outer-cosmos, gravity-stratosphere effects & more) I want the Anubis figurine (un-opened un-damaged), if I can find it (can negotiate a flexible price, or can trade, swap, etc.) Anyway KONAMI games are a work of unimagenable art and never forgotten. That's what true games are. Not what you see today. As for strictly PC, I recommend all the 4 Hitman games and Second Sight. Those are beautiful creations.
