For every conspiracy theory there is about 9/11, there’s a legitimate counterargument. And there has been a history of these conspiracy theorists continually revising their message when one part of it is disproven.

This, Mr. X, is never a good way to win an argument.

The onus is on YOU to prove beyond reasonable doubt that there is a conspiracy involved with 9/11. Thus far, this group of crazed attention-whores have been anything BUT reasonable in their arguments.

Why is it so difficult for you to believe that the U.S. was caught off guard by the 19 terrorists who all happened to be suicidal? The entire concept of defending the U.S. from this group of animals that believe in their cause so strongly that they will kill themselves just to take out some of their enemies is incredible. These animals are brainwashed by their religious leaders and give their lives to kill innocent people.

Maybe you could post a few documentaries on how the fundamental Islamic radicals are a peace loving people. Can’t find any of those either, can you??

There’s actually a psychological explanation for why people believe in conspiracy theories. Basically, “there is some underlying process in human psychology that assumes that the bigger the effect is, the bigger the cause must have been.” The History Channel’s debunking of the 9/11 myths touches on the work of the psychologist quoted in the Economist article.

It kind of explains why so many otherwise normal people have gone fucking nuts since 9/11.

Hey jackass, the constitution is 100% clear, and the un-Patriot Act DIRECTLY attacks 3 of our most important rights…the ones that protect us from the government. Democracy isn’t easy, but i would rather suffer a major terrorist attack in this country every day for the rest of my life than give up 1 shred of my constitutional rights and protections. Democracy is worth dying for…..tyranny is not.
