Yeah im a big fan of the US show now its really funnier than the Uk one. Of course its got a lot more episodes but it really is very good alot better than i ever thought it would be.

After the first episode or so, it’s completely funny in its own right. Also, his nickname is “Andy”, not “Drew”.

Yom, if you dont get it then go back to your 2 series and a xmas special. You have to watch it objectively. Its not the UK office and alot of the jokes are culturally specific to each region. when i said smug i meant to say unlikeable…

“Better than Ricky Gervais”?!..lol The Americans could never do it never do it as good as the UK version! The US one is a Joke! (And not a very good one! lol).

Well I think I’m going to have to eat my words. The guy out of 40 Year Old Virgin is definitely a bigger loser than Ricky Gervais and a lot easier to laugh at. As a bonus a few of the other workers are a bit dim in places so it all adds up like a trip to the circus of foolery. I will watch in future just to see what will happen. Gervais masterminded the whole thing so the americans can’t take all the credit. Recommended if you like laughing at idiots with foot in mouth disease or your name is budsac.

Im a brit and i think the Us office is far superior. Ricky Gervais is a smug git , the american guy is much funnier.

admitidly the first series of US office was a terrible 1:1 copy, but once the uk version finished it allowed the us one to have its own character.

Easily the best american comedy ive seen in years, although i think they over the use the looking at the camera for a quick gag..

A rip off of Ricky Gervais’s comical genius. I will give it a try to see if the Brits is best. Probably will be since Ricky thought of it and the Americans making it is like making a sequel but we all know that sequels often suck. Not saying American TV Shows are bad as I’m a big fan of House, Lost, Prison Break and 24 but I’m not expecting too much from it.
