It’s been a few days since my last TV pack, I’m gonna do two tonight :) First up, it’s the 1st season of US version “The Office”. I understand that this series is quite popular here, but I just can’t get into it. Anyway, only 6 episodes for 1st season, DVDRip pack released by group SAVANNAH.

In this hilarious and faster-paced adaptation of the popular British comedy series, Steve Carell is Michael Scott, the egotistical, insensitive and almost supernaturally incompetent regional manager of the Dunder Mifflin paper supply company. Michael sees himself as the office funnyman, a fount of business wisdom and his employees’ cool friend. He has no clue that his staff merely tolerates his inappropriate behavior because he signs their paychecks. Michael acts as the obnoxious tour guide for an omni-present documentary crew who unflinchingly capture his many shortcomings along with Dunder Mifflin’s petty workplace politics, simmering romances and side-splittingly awkward moments.

    I didn't get into it at first too.

    Then I started watching it again. It gets better/picks up at around mid/end of season 2. Great show nevertheless.

    Very different from the later seasons – they didn't really hit a consistent stride until the middle of season two. There's still tons of laughs here, and sensitive moments too. If you can get past the awkward scenes, it's totally worth it.

    this has been on every torrent site for 4 years….Why did this get posted? I don't understand, could someone explain why old things get posted years after upload? Is it because it w as from a "scene" group? Because, it doesn't really matter to me who uploaded the file to Mininova, as long as it is being seeded well.

    What makes this DL different from the one posted 4 years ago. Please don't delete this post as I am NOT being sarcastic I really don't understand, I guess I'm a noob or something. Can someone fill me in? And thanks for the post, although I own the DVDs. :-) Fun show.

    season 1 was pretty much an american copy of the original UK series….then it branched off into its own thing, always funny, my favorite comedy series today.
