NeDiVx came up with limited dvdrip of “The Nines” starring Ryan Reynolds (”Van Wilder”, “Waiting”, “Smokin’ Aces”). Personally I haven’t seen this one so i can’t tell you more about it, but according to positive reviews on RT & IMDb it’s worth to down & watch.

Plot: The Nines consists of three short films, each featuring the same actors in different — and sometimes overlapping — roles.

“The Prisoner” tells the story of a troubled television star (Ryan Reynolds) who finds himself under house arrest, with his chipper publicist (Melissa McCarthy) and disillusioned next-door neighbor (Hope Davis) providing his only links to the
outside world. Mysterious events lead him to question whether one or both women are deceiving him about the nature of his incarceration.

“Reality Television” is a half-hour episode of “Behind the Screen,” a Project Greenlight-style documentary series tracking the process of creating a network television drama. Having shot the pilot, creator/showrunner Gavin Taylor (also Ryan Reynolds) faces post-production with the help of his best friend (and lead actress) Melissa McCarthy and development VP Susan Howard (Hope Davis). “Knowing” finds an acclaimed videogame designer (also Ryan Reynolds) and his wife (Melissa McCarthy) facing car trouble deep in the woods. Their daughter (Elle Fanning) uncovers information which leads to a difficult and irrevocable choice.

Together, the three stories form a single narrative that explores the relationships between author and character, actor and role, creator and creation. Alternately funny and unsettling, The Nines is like a riddle where the answer is the question: “How does it all add up?

    Stay away from “flyupload.” I tried it. You have to click on ELEVEN separate pages and every time you do, an ad page opens. I never did get through it all. I don’t care if the actual download is faster than greased lighting, it is a crap site.

    appreciate the direct link but i cant get anything completed. i think i got one movie that didn’t timeout. plus i don’t see the speeds ppl are seeing. get between 150-200k. doable if they completed. non pay link excluded… back to torrents.

    i usually get lower or faster speeds on bt as well depending on seeds. at least with bt it won’t timeouts. seems to be happening dl with a browser with incompatible dl manager links. just not working for me is all. wish it would. nice speeds on yastorage for the most part…fi anyone knows what might be causing browser timeouts while dl, pls fill me in. :)

    Wow, what a great movie. Best I’ve seen in a while - I really like the interconnectedness of its themes, and how the analogies they’ve used in each of the parts to represent creation. Definitely deserving of an 8+ rating.

    I hate posting opinions on torrents, but if people are going to say it “looks terrible”, they’re probably referring to the “type” of movie it is, there’s no way they know what it’s about until the end, or they get lucky. Yes it’s convoluted. No it’s not aimless, far from it. The plot is spelled out for you at the end, actually SPOKEN by 2 characters of what is going on. this isn’t a David Lynch movie where all sorts of crap can be interpreted all sorts of ways. Unless something totally flew over my head, it was very simple to me and I’m a dumbass lol. Just think of the little unecessary things throughout as just a way to connect the dots to confirm the ending, and not aimless

    It’s hit or miss, a movie that needs to be seen to judge, not summarized in a review. You’re either going to be pissed about a whole precious hour and a half or so of your life being wasted, or you’ll just like it. Really though, like any of us have much better to do at any random time of day or night unless we’re at work :D

    For flyupload, try opera it’s a nice navigator which can block all the pop up whithout slowing ur navigation down.
    It’s faster than IE or Firefox!
