Hey MJ was accused of child molesting but was freed of any such allegations. TWICE! And if you think that its because he was rich just look at his bank records. he had loans from countless countries, he sold his house because he was under debt so understand the law before saying anything.

you people defending him should remember this was a guy who in his own words thought it was fine and a beautiful thing to sleep with visiting children in the same bed. sicko rot in hell

  42. damaged_nuts
    June 26th, 2009 | 23:40

Right, and sharing a bed with children is inappropriate…but it doesn't make him a child molester. And not to worry, if Madonna or some female celebrity had done the same thing, people would not be screaming, "pedophile"! Don't you find it funny how Macaulay Caulkin and Corey Feldman, the children he was closest to, have never attested to any such behavior…could it be because they have money? And the money-hungry seeking mother, not so much?

After the 1993 incidents, he became a target. A very, very vulnerable, weak target. But that doesn't make him a child molestor, an accusation people seem to forget he was acquitted of by those far more knowledgeable of the case than any one of us.

I felt he was innocent because the family took the money. If he had been guilty, no amount of money would have been enough to satisfy the father of a real victim. If I had kids and they were molested, all the money in the world wouldn't stop me from trying to take the perpetrator down. Whenever those bastards took the money, I knew that they were just after a quick buck.

When the family in 2003 accussed him, he refused to settle (and the very fact that they offered a settlement shows what they were up to), and I think that was the right thing to do. BOTH of the accusers families had previous run-ins with celebs and attempts to extort them, so it isn't hard to see what was up. He was an easy mark, because he was a strange guy who loved to be around kids.

So, to clear up my thoughts on the matter, I think its a damned shame that MJ died being known more for that than he was for his amazing abilities as a singer and dancer. He was an odd duck, but he was an incredibly talented individual. Hopefully, history will remember him more for the latter.

  45. @42
    June 26th, 2009 | 23:47

I'm sure Caulkin and Feldman never brought anything up because if they did, they and their careers would forever carry the badge of "being molested by MJ"

loved his music, confused by his lifestyle choices but dont believe he actually did the things he was accused of. He was a very mixed up individual who was aquitted twice of the accused wrong doings. His choices and public approval of socialising with children is a testament to the fact that he simply loved children, possibly due to his up bringing. I can completely understand the feelings of a father whos child kept Michaels company, but you have to wonder why the children were allowed to be in the company of a 40 – 50 year old man in the first place without parental supervision.

Wolf was cried, and it was decided by people alot more knowledgable of the situation than anyone here, that this wolf was nothing more than an easy target.

Check your facts because Michael Jackson was not acquitted twice. He settled out of court during the first case, he wasn't acquitted. If he had nothing to hide he wouldn't of settled. Also, does anyone remember when Latoya Jackson said her brother was a child molester, look it up. Even if he wasn't a pedophile, he was messed up, recall the dangling the baby incident, strange at best, a disgusting display of humanity at worst

$23 Million dollars. That's how much the check was for that Michael's attorney wrote the father of the first child he molested, 5 days before the case was mysteriously dropped. Oh yea, I'm sure it was just his way of saying thanks for visiting Neverland. Look at the court records, it's all there.

Maybe you should check your facts she said her brother was "guilty of these actions" but later retracted them saying she was "endangered and threatened" Shes no angel or a reliable source for information. Michael Jackson was proven not guilty!!. The lies and rumors surrounding him before and after only prove that jealously dictates your behavior in spreading them. Read his court transcript before you throw out words like "child molester". As the window incident, what people do everyday walking along with their kids under their arms is that any different. Hes dead, respect that.

There never was any substanciating evidence against him.

    @56 & 59

How bout you check your facts ya morons? He was pressured by Liz Taylor and Presley (his then wife) to settle because of his health problems. We now know he was addicted to oxycontin and like 3 other serious pain killers. Do you know what oxycontin is?? IT'S HEROIN…his health was in such bad shape he wouldn't have lasted half way through the trial. They convinced him to settle, what's $20 million dollars if you're in a wheelchair and can't spend it?? And it's a FACT that LaToya was paid $500 000 to make those statements against her own brother. For every piece of evidence stating Jackson's guilty there's 10 pieces of evidence stating his innocence. But nobody ever hears about that stuff because only bad news sells. When you pick up the news paper do you go look at who's birthday it was today?? NO, you go straight to the front page to see what major disaster happened yesterday. BAD NEWS SELLS! IF YOU BELIEVE EVERYTHING THE MEDIA FEEDS YOU AND BELIEVE MICHAEL WAS GUILTY THEN I'M GLAD, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO ENJOY THIS LEGEND'S CATALOG. HE WAS AQUITTED TWICE, IN AMERICA IF YOU COMMIT A CRIME YOU MIGHT GET OFF ONCE BUT NEVER TWICE…LOOK AT O.J., Al Capone, Jon Gotti, etc.

READ THIS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANNA EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE ABUSE CASE: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_child_sexual_abuse_accusations_against_Michael_Jackson

Hopefully this link opens alot of ignorant ppls eyes about the King of Pop.

So lemme get this str8, do we now believe that once someone is accused of something they're automatically guilty? Do the court decisions mean nothing? So were Kobe Bryant, Tupac Shakur, Mike Tyson, & Rubin Carter guilty as well????? Most ppl now realize all these ppl were accused and went to jail for doing nothing. Michael was 100% innocent he was aquitted TWICE. RIP MIKE

For all the clowns posting here; since when was a man who had his day in court and was found innocent of accusations, considered guilty?

I am sure many if not most of the ignorant posters here are Americans, who believe in the justice system and liberty that built their nation, however when it applies to someone else you condemn him. Too typical and exactly why you are loked upon as idiots and never taken seriously in the world.

No matter what you personaly feel, based purely on your belief in the media spin, it does not make him guilty of a crime. To say otherwise just addures others of your ignorance,

You don't have a farking clue what evidence was shown and what was not, a jury of his peers found him innocent Yet some idiots figure they know better.

    What absolute losers.

he wasnt found guilty the first time because he settled out of court for something like 26 million. why settle if you are not guilty? also what grown man has kids sleep over and gives them "jesus juice" aka wine? but i guess it was ok since he was rich. he made some good music before the child molesting but after that he did sh!t.

@79: Dude i couldn't have put it better myself if i tried, American go on and on about the justice system and democracy but then go ahead and believe tabloid rumors rather than actual facts and court rulings.

@82: Try reading the previous comments before making yourself look stupid. He settled outta court on the advice of Liz Taylor and his WIFE (Ms. Presley), we now know how bad Michael's pain-killer addiction was. He was addicted to oxy-contin as well as 3 other serious pain-killers. Have you ever seen or conversed with anybody addicted to oxy-contin?? Liz Taylor and Ms. Presley have come out publicly saying that they pressured Jackson to settle because they didn't think he would make it through the trial. And guess how much he would have spent on lawyers during the trial bud? They're not exactly cheap. When you're as rich as MJ was 20 million dollars is not worth your health. Try reading about the case before you comment on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_child_sexual_abuse_accusations_against_Michael_Jackson

I think what most of these people are saying about Michael Jackson is very rude and disrespectful. You people have a cold heart and need to grow up. What if you were in Michael's shoes? You wouldn't like people happy about your death right? I know i wouldn't, so why don't you shut up and show some respect. Like what the f**k!

R.I.P Michael Jackson, you will be missed! i love you<3

Judith Hill – Mystery singer at Staples Center ?

Here is four MP3 songs from her web page
& one bonus track "Heal the World" from MJ Memorial…

    http://rapidshare.com/files/253765714/JudithHill.rar

Take a look on her voice talent. She has a future … !!!
Specially after very nice perform at MJ ceremony …

When the all-star Michael Jackson memorial ceremony in Los Angeles came to an end today, millions of fans watching the event became curious about the woman who sang lead on Jackson’s “Heal the World.” The mystery singer was Judith Hill, a Pasadena, California-based vocalist who was recruited to be one of the backup singers for Jackson’s This Is It! concerts at London’s O2 Arena. Hill wowed the crowd and the millions watching around the world with her rendition of the Dangerous song, but her identity had most viewers baffled — the “We Are the World” and “Heal the World” performers weren’t identified in the handouts at the Staples Center or on any other documents distributed to the press.
