The Meth Epidemic 2006 DVDRip XviD-aAF

Little bit weird release is here. It’s a documentary about Meth. For the people that doesn’t know what Meth is… it’s drugs (and when I’m not mistaken it’s speed). This movie isn’t even on IMDB, but it’s a scene release, so why don’t post it. You hear a lot of negative news lately about this drugs, so this documentry gives a nice view on what’s going on. Don’t do drugs!

Speed. Meth/ Glass. On the street, methamphetamine has many names. What started as a fad among American West Coast motorcycle gangs in the 1970s has spread across the United States, and despite lawmakers’ calls for action, the drug is now more potent, and more destructive, than at any time in the past decade.

The Meth Epidemic investigates the meth rampage in America: the appalling impact on individuals, families and communities, and the difficulty of controlling the essential ingrediants in meth – ephedrine and pseudoephedrine – sold legally in over-the-counter cold remedies.

meth and speed are two totally different things. meth amphetemine is extremely addictive and likely to make you nuts, whereas speed (amphetemine) is relatively mild in comparison

lenny sorry but thats BS. Meth and Speed are somewhat the same, in speed the meth-levels are extremely low though. Meth is crystals, where speed in the purest form (on the street) is a dough-like substanse with some lactose added for easy snort.

You know why drug addicts and dealers give drugs so many funny names? Because they’re too dumb to pronounce ‘methamphetamine’. Too long word for them.

  19. MacG
    October 28th, 2007 | 18:17

you can use the term speed for either methamphetamine or amphetamine, depends on where you live, so either it’s exactly the same thing, or it’s not the same thing, it’s that easy, but you can’t tell me that methamphetamin and amphetamine are somewhat the same thing, that’s like saying gas and diesel are somewhat the same thing. Yeah, it’s fuel, but still not (somewhat) the same thing

    Wiki says:

    Tool.

A tool or device is a piece of equipment which typically provides a mechanical advantage in accomplishing a physical task, or provides an ability that is not naturally available to the user of a tool. The most basic tools are simple machines. For example, a crowbar simply functions as a lever. The further out from the pivot point, the more force is transmitted along the lever. When particularly intended for domestic use, a tool is often called a utensil.

Philosophers once thought that only humans used tools, and often defined humans as tool-using animals.[citation needed] But observation has confirmed that multiple species can use tools, including monkeys, apes, several corvids, sea otters, and others. Later, philosophers thought that only humans had the ability to make tools, until zoologists observed birds[1] and monkeys[2][3][4] making tools. Now humans’ unique relationship to tools is considered to be that we are the only species that uses tools to make other tools.[citation needed]

Most anthropologists believe that the use of tools was an important step in the evolution of mankind.[5] Humans evolved an opposable thumb – useful in holding tools – and increased dramatically in intelligence, which aided in the use of tools.[6]

Some tools can also serve as weapons, such as a hammer or a knife. Similarly, people can use weapons, such as explosives, as tools.

Over here in NZ we’re having a problem with Pure meth or P as it’s commonly known – normal people have got so addicted they’ve lost their businesses, gone bankrupt, and lost their families just for P. It’s sad – so sad that now to buy certain types of cough medicine you have to leave your name and address and you are only allowed to buy 1 every 3 months.

It just ain’t worth it kids.

I can tell you from experience that here in the US, meth is highly abused in the homosexual community. It’s commonly referred to as “crystal” or “tina”. It started out as just a “club drug” so that guy could dance all night long, but it wasn’t long before we were using it outside of the clubs as well.

It is rampant in the community because of the ability for sexual encounters to go on for hours or days while using meth. Many guys have fewer inhibitions while using meth and then engage in unprotected sex, increasing HIV rates in the community for the last few years now.

Most guys have a hard time stopping and usually have to lose everything and hit rock bottom before they quit. And even then, the relapse rates are high :(

Well its just a case of new decade new drug pandemic, All drugs have their time of over abuse. Pot had it in the 60s-70s, LSD 70s-80s, Coke/Crack 80s-90s, Ecstasy 90s-2K and Meth has been the main deally since then.

Give it another 3 years and there will be something new to mess us all up. Life goes on.

Don’t you understand that straight people have HIV too? It doesn’t just affect the “homosexual community” but it affects everyone. How do you think the straight community contracted HIV to begin with?

A heterosexual had sex with a homosexual. So you shouldn’t just believe all of your friends that tell you they are a “straight person” they could just be lying to you.

Meth and speed is basically the same as comparing cocaine to crack. Powder vs. solid. In the islands its known as ice and in a gummy form like hash called snot. Thanks for the documentary. I show one similar to my clients. By the way, meth is also made a little differently as with speed the solid is extracted with propane propelled through a tube straight into the raw solution. If I hadn’t of been a great counselor I guess I could use that knowledge to become a great scumbag.

Overhere we call meth “md”, and I think it’s only highly addictive when smoking. I’m not addicted and I’ve been using meth quite alot together with all kinds of party drugs. I’m a sporadic drug user for about 2 years now, mostly just in the weekend at parties and psychedelic drugs at homeparties.
Take drugs but don’t let the drugs take you.
    peace out

  61. Marsha Brady
    October 29th, 2007 | 01:08

    @Obscurax

That will change for you soon enough. You’ll start to realize that you don’t need to be at an expensive club, or even at a homeparty to enjoy using various club and party drugs. There is no need to leave your home to get the same feeling you’ll get at someone else’s home.

Save the club fee’s, drinking tab, and car fare to spend on more party favors…and then just enjoy them in the comfort of your own home. You’ll have more $$$ in your pocket to spend on what you like, and you wont have to share your stuff either.

I’ve been doing it this way for over a year now and like it much better than going out.

Silly kids, everyone knows weed turns you into a tired, overweight slacker that can’t get up for work and forces you into a life of lonlieness and poverty and because you’ll keep losing jobs.

On the other hand, meth will get you to work on time, or even early, each morning. You’ll get so much work done with meth, you’ll have more than enough money to buy everything you want. You’ll also be trim and fit, have more than enough sex, and you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy life’s luxuries.

Which would you rather enjoy, some overgrown herb pulled out of dirt, or some nice, clean-looking, pure white crystal meth?

    @ marsha brady

Over here in Australia its called ice. and ice fiends are the dirtiest scum on the planet. They are mostly ex-heroin junkies who are addicted to needles rather than the drugs, so when they discovered ice instead of lying around drooling they are now up for 2 weeks straight running around and searching through rubbish bins. Its disgusting and they are filth.

The reason most people go to clubs is to party and listen to good music and meet people and pick up. You cant do that at home. If you take amphetamines at home then you are on a downward spiral to becoming a junkie.

I personally love party drugs and regularly dose on MDMA when clubbing, maybe have a bit of speed and some bumps of K or a tab. But if i jump on speed by itself i find I just get a bit too crazy, it doesnt put you out of your mind, it makes you intense and scares a lot of non-drug using people off.

    Good documentary though.

  75. coffeejunkie
    October 29th, 2007 | 11:53

    30)
You can get the same women without using drugs, you just dont _want_ them when your sober.
Anyhow, people do crazy stuff when on speed. Would not do a woman like that, there is no telling what she will do. (Well to be honest, did once but was too drunk to realize shes a junkie before waking up in the morning)
    Longtime users often go nuts.

meth like every other drug(including your stupid booze) doesn’t make you nuts or an addict the first time you use it.. it’s not highly addictive unlike heroin…

the only people that really go nuts after using drugs for the first time are people who are predisposed to go nuts like people with a family history of schizophrenia or other blatant psycho…
and every drugs on the long run can drive you nuts if you abuse them…and in case of you don’t know this includes pot and booze!

watching propaganda movies about drugs probably hurts your brain more…

This drugs my childhood. I hope now of you that use this drug have children or plan on having children.

My mom did meth for a majority of my childhood.

    She was never home.

    I was always at babysitters.

She had various boyfriends that were drug dealers. They beat her on numerous occasions and would hit me when i was just a little boy.

My mom met a guy when i was 15 and then my mom got pregnant and had my little sister. My mom and her boyfriend used, made, and sold meth here in Missouri. They went to prison when I was a junior in highschool and my sister was 2 years old. I had to go out on my own, and leave my sister with my 65 year old grandma.

    It’s just bad news, people…

Now that my mom is out of prison and clean… she’s trying to make a life for herself, but no one will hire her because of her history.

This drug is horrible, and has ruined many people’s lifes.

    You are better than that.
