The Lord Of The Rings Conquest-Razor1911

4 hours after the Xbox release, RAZOR1911 brings us the PC version. It’s 5.95gb big, and Razor provides a key and a crack. Rapidshare links are begin added as we speak(forums) but it will take some time.

The Lord of the Rings: Conquest puts players into the thick of the tremendous battle over The One Ring, playing out battles from both sides of the confrontation! Conquest will let players take control of many of the characters and creatures from the series and pit them on any of the franchise’s famous battlefields. From Cave-trolls to Oliphaunts to the Balrog and even Sauron, practically the entire universe will be available for battle with up to 150 characters on-screen at any one time. Up to 16 players will be able to clash online, with four players able to play cooperatively through the main campaign either online or via four-player split-screen. And with two distinct campaigns to play through, including an original take on what would happen if Sauron regained control of the One Ring, the game promises plenty of scenarios to wage battle through.

  • Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista
  • 2.4 GHz Core Duo processor or equivalent
  • 1 GB RAM
  • A 256 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 3.0 – nvidia 7800 or equivalent
  • The latest version of DirectX 9.0c
  • A DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
  • At least 6 GB of hard drive space for installation.

    tried the demo on my ps3 i found it very addicting!

    I just played the first couple of missions in the game and I am definitely not impressed. I can't really comment on the grapichs as my system is pretty outdated (AMD 4000+, 7800GTX) but the game ran quite smooth (medium settings, 800×600) so I guess that won't be a problem for many of you guys.

    The gameplay however is extremely repetitive and I found myself just pressing random mousebuttons (3 different attacks), because I didnt really bother to do a combo when pressing random buttons seemed to work fine. The hero classes I got to try (Isildur, Aragorn and Gandalf) are pretty much just copies of the primary classes (mage, warrior, scout, archer) which I found really disappointing.

    Also, I ran into a NUMBER of bugs and I didn't really play for that long. Some of them were really annoying and even if I wanted to play the game more I can't – I'm stuck in the 3rd level (4th if you count the training-mission)… An invisible wall is blocking me.

    The most important part of the game (the gameplay, the fighting – call it whatever you like) is bad, really bad. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Use 7-zip … The files looks like hjSplit files, but instead you need to use 7-zip which is a freeware program. It works like fx winrar

    I think something is wrong with crack because playing lan co op ive experienced floors and bridges that let you fall through them , a few doors that didnt want to let me go through them and the one door on level three that i couldnt get through.
    Hopefully this can be resolved by a better crack.

    Well i may have been wrong with my previous post as other supposed retail buyers of the game have been experiencing the invisible wall bug as well so lets all hope whoever's fault this is owns up to it and does something about it quick cause it's not fun not being able to get past this point.     1) Yeah, I expected Gandalf to be a mage/wizard, but I didn't think they would just copy the already boring standard-class and call the spells something else. It's basically the same as playing a mage, just with a lot more damage – it isn't fun..

    2) No, I don't play other games like this – but what does that have do to with anything? My brain isn't limited in any way, I just don't see the point in making a combo, when the game is painfully easy even at the highest difficulity level when just pressing random buttons. Of course you kill quicker with combos, but whats the point if the game isnt hard in the first place?

    3) Why wouldn't I review a game in 800×600? I have a pretty old computer, so I'm limited to lower resolutions to get a steady framerate.. And yeah, the gameplay is still the same in a higher resolutions, so what are u complaining about?

    4) FPS brain-dead syndrome? I have played Counter-Strike for 6-7 years, which is an extremely skillbased game. This game is a joke compared to CS.. The combat system is a joke.

    The invisible wall, the falling trough the floor, ect.. is not a bug, it's some kind of 'boobytraps' from securom to prevent piracy. The only thing you can do is wait 'till it's cracked proper.

    I can't get past the loading screen after the intros, with the sword in

    the background still keeps displaying loading and i can't acces the

    menu, 2 times it got past it but crashed right after selecting the

    mission, anyone know how i can fix this? it happens witchever crack i

    use, so the fix didn't fix this for me and btw i've tried it on WinXP

    and Win7 still same problem. Any help would be appreciated.
    P.S. isn't there supposed to be sound after new line intro? coz i don't

    get anything

    game crashes after loading :(
    I tried in single player campaign, tutorial, but after loading completes, it simply crashes :(
