Oh, and I forgot to mention that both Uma Thurman and Evan Wood’s acting really play a big part in making the movie so great. Aside from both being hot, they are both really good actors. Like I said, this movie isn’t so much thriller as a story about life and its preciousness, or an examination of what it means to strive for happiness.

I saw this when the R5 came out. Seriously, this is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a long time. It’s directed by the same person who did House of Sand and Fog. That might give you an idea if its style; but this movie is even more brilliant.

You wouldn’t think so from reading the description — and don’t expect a thriller, even though it does have elements of that genre. It’s more of a really poignant, amazing movie. Really emotionally powerful, and great direction/cinematics to convey it.
