For the best results use the Devise release and follow the VirtualDub fix given in my posts 81 and 83:
http://www.rlslog.net/the-last-house-on-the-left-r5-xvid-devise/

This has been tested and it works.

SPOILER ALERT
The problem is the video and sound are from different edits and there is a scene (parking the car on the way to the store) that there is audio for but no video. Likewise in the store there will be video without audio. The missing audio, with some work, can be found in the PPV release, but is not included in the above fix.

Audio: 5

I gave the audio a 5, and not because is wad of sync in one or two parts, but because the audio doesn't sound rich. The audio almost sounds like it's in mono.

Still watchable though.
