The Last Confession Of Alexander Pearce 2008 DVDRip XviD-aAF

aAF bring us a DVDrip of another interesting looking Australian film called “The Last Confession of Alexander Pearce”. The film is based on Alexander Pearce a Irish penal convict who was sent to Sarah Island prison which he escaped from with eight other prisoners. The movie has been nominated in the Best Drama category of the 6th Annual Irish Film & Television Academy Awards.

In 1822, eight men escape from the most isolated and brutal prison on earth, Sarah Island in Van Diemen’s Land. Only one man survives and his tale of betrayal, murder and cannibalism shocks the British establishment to the core. His story is the last confession of Alexander Pearce. The Last Confession of Alexander Pearce follows the final days of Irish convict Alexander Pearce’s life as he awaits execution. The year is 1824 and the British penal colony of Van Diemen’s Land is little more than a living hell. Chained to a wall in the darkness of a cell under Hobart Gaol, Pearce is visited by Father Conolly, the parish priest of the fledgling colony and a fellow Irishman. The Last Confession Of Alexander Pearce will draw a visceral and compelling picture of a hell on earth and tell how one man endured the unimaginable by doing the unthinkable.

Anyone with mega-brains knows that Limewire is the SAFEST and FASTEST damn file sharing around. All files you get on newsgroups and RS are fakes. Shareware rocks.

ok i'll have the final word on this. people who use rapid share are complete noobs. you have to be an idiot if you like slow speeds and a limit on your capacity. you should leave the human race.

  22. no big deal
    February 23rd, 2009 | 21:47

do people actually pay for rapid share? what a waste. for $11 you could have an unlimited usenet account. i get 2MB/sec all day long and can download terabytes. not to mention enough porn to make my dong sore.

    @ Grot

Your WIKI link is to the 'GREAT' famine between '1845' and '1852', you're contradicting yourself. There was two famines, this is the link to the mini one, the one you're thinking of:

For anyone who is interested – this is a very famous story of an Australian cannibal.

On his first escape, 8 men went with him, and he was the only one to return from the bush alive.

At one point he says' there were just two of them left, sitting around a campfire (they had eaten the others), they both realised that the first one to go to sleep, would be eaten by the other.

On his second escape, only one bloke went with him, and surprise surprise – he ate him.

I can't believe the noobs in this post saying "Anyone with mega-brains knows that Limewire is the SAFEST and FASTEST damn file sharing around. All files you get on newsgroups and RS are fakes. Shareware rocks." and "dude, just accept most people use RS, which is why most links are rs, then stick your head down the damned toilet where it belongs you peasant".

LMAO .. I kind of don't want to say this because I want to keep Usenet for those of us who are clued up but for god's sake Most peope use RS. Rapidshare is like lower than fcuking limewire. It's the dregs. I'm sort of in shock because I thought Releaselog was frequented by clued-up people not noober-than-noobs.

Yes I watched the movie. Yes it is only about 60 minutes. I didnt like this movie at all. I would not watch it again if someone paid me. I love watching movies, but there has got to be a better book about this story. BTW, I hate to read but would have rather read the book than watched this crap.

I use torrents, they are free. Why pay for a RS account or a usenet account. Yes, it might be slower but I have had great luck with Torrents so until I have to "pay" to download something that is stealing anyway, I will stick with the free stuff.
