Just as i thought a PROPER of The Kingdom has been released by infamous sceners maVensupplier. This new release has good audio to go along with already excelent picture and on top of that is half as small in filesize. English subs are also included for the non English speaking parts.

    No, probably not. Scene rules forbit it and why would you even want it?
    An avi with a seperate .srt is as compatible as an avi without .srt
    If you want to hardcode yourself, try virtual dub. Best you end up with is a fast recompressed xvid. Wouldn’t recommend it.

    This movie will have more propers until an actual R1 copy is available…….lol….

    PS: Asteroids version is perfect….you just need to turn-off the EQ….I watched it on GOM Player and it sounded perfect….also turn on normalizer and also add audio filters to reduce the hiss sound….

    This movie doesn’t look as good as some others, but I have been wanting to see some of the action scenes in it :D Redacted is by far the best war movie though, even if I haven’t seen this one yet :P

    Aight, mucho bettero. They saw people arguing about the audio… the subs and nailed it with timing. WHOP CHOP! mVs R5 LINE… they know what to, how to and when to do it. At first I was kinda sceptical about the group, since maVen was in the scenelead, and then calling your group maVensupplier is pretty dodgy. But! with all the good work theyve done and will continue to day I just have to say theyre wicked as hell. thnx ;)

    no one knows when a dvdscr show up, they dont have release dates u know…. only a few R5 rls date is known in advance.

    This film sucks for 3 reasons :

    1. the film is poor

    2. the audio is poor

    3. Why use the name of an existing suspect in a film ? they are lucky if they do not get sued…

    lol. Ok, fixing subs takes 10 minutes, just edit the .srt file in Notepad and fix the spelling mistakes. Speed over quality indeed.

    There is 1 subtitle which needs a timing fix:

    00:08:37,310 –> 00:08:39,310
    Get out of the car! Get out of the car!

    It should last for say 2 seconds (as fixed above), or whatever you think is appropriate to convey the meaning, emotion, dramatic timing and the general cinematic correctness of all things.

    Apart from that, there is no great issue with this release. As for the sync issue, you can only discern it if you really look for it. Sync issues bug me, but this didn’t, it’s very very minor. Audio is good and clear, tho I haven’t played it on the HiFi yet, just the PC. Seems fine though.

    i have a few questions maybe you all would like to help-
    first how do i hard code the subs into an avi file that works—i use win avi 8.0 but it never recognize the subs
    –but when i convert to dvd on dvd2santa it does encode the subs
    —–explain subs to me people please—–also i love bluray rips to watch on my lcd hd screen hooked up thrugh pc—but dam the download times and no seeders any suggestions—for my backups–

    seriously, why are half the scene releases lately so poor? if it’s not duff audio, it’s missing scenes, it’s dodgy AR, it’s missing subtitles.

    if they’re gonna persist in their little nukewar/top trump games, surely they could at least make an effort to win/do it correctly in the first place and stop rushing out shoddy releases

    say what you want about axxo, at least i never had to go find a missing rar file to complete the download(3.10 to yuma anyone), or wait for a subtitle(eastern promises) for his films.

    to get the sub to work i threw the subs fix into the same folder as the movie (un rar it) and open ffdshow video decoder configuration check the subtitles press apply. you all welcome

    used convertXtoDvD to add the subs but they weren’t added (both were in same folder and same file names),used 184’s advice and the came up in windows media player.any advice on what to do.

    okay, sorry for being so ignorant, but i have been trying for hours to get my subs to work… i d/l the subfix, put them in the folder with my movie, click on my movie, go to 8:37 in the movie, and i don’t get anything.. can someone give me a lamen’s fix for this?? i am playing in windows media player on my puter. is there a button for subs that i am missing? please help.

    Have you downloaded and installed vobsub (google search)?

    Both the sub file and the movie file need to have exactly the same file name. Then, when you play the movie, vobsub automatically kicks in and display the subs.
