    Keep ‘em terrified. angry and confused.
    If any ‘rogue’ man or state wishes to blow up a nuclear bomb, then they won’t. Cos NO ONE is that much of an extremist nutter as to ruin their well paid lifestyle. No one.
    The only country to show all these ‘war & violence’ type shows is the USA & UK. They show ‘em all the time, and plenty of ‘em. Why? Other countries just get on with trying to get along. The only country ever to bomb civillians with a nuclear bomb? The good ‘ole USA. Twice.

    The secret is to keep the usual american in fear because if the american has no external enemy – he is gone turn against himself (see american civil war). The solution was to find external enemies……WW1….germans….1930…china….WW2..germans, italians and japanese…..after 1946 the russians (cold war)….1950 korean war…..1960/70 vietnam…..1980 contras in south america / libya / Iran…1990 irak…..in the 90s economical enemies like EU, Japan, India, china…2001 taliban, Al Qaida, iran, north korea.     You say this as though if they weren’t sought out, then they wouldn’t exist. Let’s have a look at that, shall we.

    Yeah, if the US didn’t go looking for enemies during world wars they simply wouldn’t exist. And who said the Japanese attacking the US and Germany declaring war on the US made them enemies? These events of course simply could have been ignored.
