Golden Globe Award-winner Richard Gere stars as Irving, who claimed the book was based on in-person interviews he conducted with the reclusive billionaire, which were in fact completely bogus. Academy Award winner Marcia Gay Harden, Alfred Molina and Hope Davis also star.
