Scene group NO “BDSCR” which is apparently a screener from a BluRay source, i dont think we have ever had one before so im just putting it in the BDrip category. The Great Buck Howard looks like a decent looking comedy starring John Malkovich, Colin Hanks and Tom Hanks. The movie was first shown at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival in January and is only making its way to DVD now. Video and audio quality on this release are both great. Enjoy!

McGinly treads similar territory here, but whereas DAYS mixed dark comedy and tense drama in the internal struggle of a man who merely thinks he’s a failed entertainer, BUCK is a gentle charmer about a bona-fide washed-up star. When sensible but jaded law student Troy Gabel (Colin Hanks) decides that school isn’t for him, he takes off without telling his father (Tom Hanks, whose presence underscores how many mannerisms he and his real-life son have in common) and looks for the job that will get him a proverbial foot in the door of the entertainment industry. In the blink of an eye, Troy finds himself as road manager for the Great Buck Howard (John Malkovich), an aging mentalist in the tradition of the Amazing Kreskin.

    saw it, kinda luke warm on this show. 2 SMALL appearances by tom hanks…Emily Blunt is a babe. Not a great show but not bad. Watch it if you wanna waste a lil time.

    lol, at 700mb xvid the quality is gonna be worse than a dvd anyways. So the fact that they ripped it from a BD makes very little difference.

    Ima grab it, sounds watchable.
