A newly formed release group OSiDVD has chosen a pretty interesting movie as their first release. The DVD screener of The Good Shepherd will probably become really popular from what I see now, and the combination of Angelina Jolie, Matt Damon and Alec Baldwin will only help it. A great thriller with a decent rating at IMDB together with the great quality of this 2 CD release available just one week after the opening night has only one result: you can’t resist.
Edward Wilson, the only witness to his father’s suicide and member of the Skull and Bones Society while a student at Yale, is a morally upright young man who values honor and discretion, qualities that help him to be recruited for a career in the newly founded Central Intelligence Agency. While working there, his ideals gradually turn to suspicion influenced by the Cold War paranoia present within the office. Eventually, he becomes an influential veteran operative, while his distrust of everyone around him increases to no end. His dedication to his work does not come without a price though, leading him to sacrifice his ideals and eventually his family.

The resolution is off but is still watchable. 720 X 304 is excellent but somehow the software threw off the resolution.

I cant understand this, maybe Martin or someone else can explain - what is wrong with the resolution of 720×304 - does it look wierd? surely it is a higher resolution than the “proper” which is only 640×272??? or is this purely some “scene” thing? when it comes to scene vs quality, quality should always win but unless im missing something quality loses on this one???

ok this is what you do to fix ur problem… go to Google and type in “K-Lite Codec” it will give you all the files you need and a player called “Media Player Classic”…
if anyone can add anything that i forgot go ahead…
again Happy New Year all! and please increase upload speeds i’ve been downloading for 5hrs and only have 50% of the movie EGAD!

why is it all the ones i am connected to, i can’t get a seed? it shows large amount of seeders, but i have none to connect to. please help!!
Question: I have the proper release, and I tried to put both CD 1 and 2 on a single DVD, with ROxio 8, and it worked, but the second part of it didn’t have any audio on the DVD. When I watch the CD 2 avi on my PC, it has perfect audio. I then burned another DVD with just CD 2, and still no audio. Again, the part of the film that was from CD1, had perfect audio on the DVD, but there is complete silence when I burn the second part of the movie to DVD. Ay solutions?
