The movie itself was alright, but the happier ending (than the original) was a major cop out. The best bit was the 'that's not me' photo/mirror scene. It was creepy and well executed. Asian movies have that something that the US lacks...Taste. A lot of people say that the movie wasn't scary. Just because it's a thriller doesn't mean it's going to make you scream or wet your pants or sleep with a night light. Good grief. Like other people have said, Alba couldn't act even if she was in a still movie and it's true. Since a lot of these releases are so dark, I'll wait for a better copy.
