Jessica Alba’s most recent horror has finally been brought to us in a nice DVDRip, about 2 months after the R5 which had line audio so this is a nice improvement. This movie looked rather good judging by the trailer, but instead turned out to be a disappointment :( .

Quality: For a 97 minute film this has pretty good quality but its nothing compared to a rip with AC3 5.1 audio. Typical video quality with a bitrate of 847kbit/s, and the usual MP3 audio is available as well. English and Chinese subs are included ;)

DVDR: The.Eye.DVDR-MPTDVD .::. NFO .::. why they ivtc’ed this because of the interlacing instead of just running through a deinterlace filter is beyond me ;)

Sydney, a young, blind violinist is given the chance to see for the first time since childhood through a miraculous corneal transplant. As Sydney adjusts to a dizzying new world of colors and shapes, she is haunted by frightening visions of death itself capturing the doomed and dragging them away from the world of the living.     I don’t understand why she’s screaming at the oven. An oven is a tool to either bake cakes with, or to make food. It’s one of the greatest inventions in our history so it makes no sense to scream at it. If she fails to bake a cookie or something, it’s not the ovens fault. It’s her fault.

    I say; Don’t blame the oven.

    Would have been better had they infused it with a bit of humour. It’s already lost its creepiness and cool bits like the ghost mother and child visiting the BBQ place and licking the roast duck with a long, freaky tongue. The freeway scene was also done a lot better in the original.

    I know that snce white people keep pointing out how “much of latina she is ” she had to clear up the air. that was a good idea from her.

    the chinese version was bloody scary, and the last few minutes of the movie was absolutely crazy. Judging by one of the comments above, they had to change it for the international audience :(

    A good handy trick to change a static ip if your not behind a router is to change network ip address to 1.0.0.3 – subnet 255.255.255.0, click apply & wait ten seconds, then change back to ‘obtain automatically’. This might not work for all though.

    This is good for bypassing rapidshare dl limit.
