@6: the rlslog blogger adds a hyperlink that points to a dynamic page on the torrent site which displays search results for a search term which is encoded in the hyperlink's url. the blogger can do this without using a customized blogging software, with the drawback that the blogging software is not aware of the dynamic search results on the torrent page, hence it cannot indicate if an actual torrent file is available.
on the pros it enables the blogger to add a hyperlink that points to a page that offers the torrent file as soon as it is available at the torrent site, which eventually will happen in most cases.
specialized blogging software for 'warez-blogs' could implement features such as checking the output of the search result or a news feed, etc for indication of torrent availability at appropriate times and for example only display the link when the torrent file exists. if the blogging software does this on server side, this would either add a lot of extra traffic and slow down delivery of the blog entry to client browser, or the torrent availablility information would be propagated too slow. so there would be more sophisticated mechanisms needed wich are more complex to implement.
one could overcome this by running the availability check on the client browser in trendy ajax way, but this requires javascript to be able to perform cross domain http requests, which atleast one leading browser vendor does not yet allow due to (obscure?) security reasons (will be changed in version 8).
both server- and client-side versions generate extra load on the torrent-side webserver which might violate their terms of service or any other laws/rules.
so there is no perfect solution for this problem, and the best solution probably is to simply click the link, and if the resulting page does not offer a torrent link, please try again later (or search somewhere else).
conclusion: the torrent link posted points to a page that always gives you a list of available torrent files. note that the empty list is still a list. if such list is accepted, everything is fine, eö

I live in europe and if you have a problem you get treated right away, if there are alot of people then you get treated according to the severeness of your injury/sickness. the longest time I had to wait was 5 hours to get an xray, because equipment was defective.
if you mean that you have to wait for an operation (eg like an hip replacement) than it's true that you have to wait for about 2 months, but that isn't a health risk at all, because if it is something more urgent, than you get treated right away.
or do you mean waiting for an donor organ or something like that?
and everyone knows that britain has a f**ked up health system, but that has different reasons and britain is NOT equal to the european union!

Even if I did have to wait 4.5 month it would be better than what is happening now, where most of us NEVER get the health care we need because we can never afford it. 4.5 months is better than never. I work in the insurance industry in America and it is absolutely criminal. We wrongly allow greed in the health care system in America and that is why the system is broken. Social medicine can work. It may not be perfect but our greed based system that is in place now where doctors, health insurance companies and especially pharmaceutical companies control our health care will never work. They will all get wealthier and we will all just continue to just deal with our health problems instead of getting them treated.

USA : No insurance = no healthcare. Insurance doesn't cover the treatment = no healthcare
EU : You can't pay the bill the government, or healthcare system, will. Not everywhere though. But in the end treatment CANNOT be denied. I've seen this very differently in the US when I was there and got into an accident.
The EU doesn't have a perfect system but when you compare it well it is better than the US system.
The US market is based on almost no rules and free market.
And if you read a bit and watch the news it cannot have escaped you that we are having an economic crisis on a global scale which can be largely contributed to the actions of the US economic market by simply borrowing money ,with no security of at all of any getting it back, in massive amounts.
How many people are losing there home because they are no longer able to pay because of the debt they are in?
How many teenager are walking around with debts they aren't able to pay off for most of their life?
On avarage an US citizen has more debt than most people in third world countries have.
But the US has a big advantage that it has many resources and technological innovations to remain a strong economic player on the world market.
Any society is based on social rules. And do not confuse communisme with socialisme. Communisme is the corrupt form of a socialistic system.
Same as a 100% capitalistic system is doomed to fail to the same corruption. Greed and power.
I do not hold the notion of a perfect society as this would be a utopian way of thinking. As no human is perfect no system will be perfect and an Utopia would be a contradiction to human nature.
But when I look at different facets of the EU society model and the US model I can see how well they can work together in making a stronger flexible model that can create equality to all and still leave more than enough space for personal freedom and for businesses.
This matter is complex and my short story only did scratch the surface.
And to the Obama unfriendly crowd. First give him the chance to prove himself before you burn him down.
Bush had his chance to prove himself and created a mess the world now has to clean up.
I doubt this man can do any worse than your former president.

what are you talking about?
I live in europe and if you have a problem you get treated right away, if there are alot of people then you get treated according to the severeness of your injury/sickness. the longest time I had to wait was 5 hours to get an xray, because equipment was defective.
*BULLSH^T!! I was just in Amsterdam Holland with my Girlfriend and she fell and broke her arm. Treatment? MY DOG got better treatment then she did. They set her arm and then told her to come back and see them again in SIX FREAKING MONTHS!!!! When we got home we went to the hospital and they stated that the twits incorrectly set her arm so they had to break it AGAIN and reset it properly this time. You call this decent health care???*
if you mean that you have to wait for an operation (eg like an hip replacement) than it's true that you have to wait for about 2 months, but that isn't a health risk at all, because if it is something more urgent, than you get treated right away.
*So you are actually ADMITTING that there are waiting lists like I said? When I had to get my knees replaced I waited exactly 72 hours and not one minute more and the only reason they did not admit me and do it the next morning is they could not get the pre-operation tests done any sooner then the following day. And as for something more urgent getting treatment sooner..again BS!! We watched on the news that they had a person that needed a liver transplant to stay alive and they were REFUSING HIM because he could not show an improvement in the quality of life after the surgery and that he was 65 years old. And then freely ADMITTED that they would have no problem in doing the operation for a younger person. So DONT YOU DARE try and tell me that your EU socialistic health care is not screwed up as I LIVED it in dealing with my girlfriends broken arm!*

Any FOOL can check the facts and see that the mythical 47 million without health insurance includes over 38 Million people who refuse to buy it because they dont think they are going to need it, another eight million who already are covered by medicare or medicade; and another 975,000 kids who are covered by welfare medical insurance and this is according to the AMA/JAMA. Granted that leaves 25,000 without any form of health care, but that is a damn far cry from the 47 million myth. And Buzz? Just because you dont like your health care does NOT mean you dont have health care!

Insurance doesn't cover the treatment = no healthcare" yet you intentionally forget to include the law that says that you CAN NOT be turned away from medical treatment because you cannot pay. I mean it is on the wall in every freaking hospital in the US! And guess the next thing is that you are going to say they should get free college and University as well? Even at a nominal 2 year college you will spend close to $20,000 for a decent education and upwords of $120,000 at an accredited university

I dont mind helping a person out but I WILL NOT pay for their medical every day for the rest of their lives. I had to work three jobs till I got a decent paying job and could quit the others and I did it for over 10 years. If you are not making enough to live, then get another damn job to make up the difference! I see people on welfare with 60in Wide screen TV's and 2,000. stereo systems in their cars that are newer then my 5 year year old car. The only difference between them and me is that I EARNED everything i got and if I cannot afford it I dont buy it. My bills are paid and I eat first, THEN see what I have left over after putting money in the bank…not the other way round. If I can do it, then so can they.
