Okay, another 720p BluRay release, but this time it’s from a pretty recent movie: The Condemned. I, for one, really enjoyed this movie. It ain’t really a thriller as IMDB (and this post) says, but ok. This is the typical movie that you watch with a couple of drunken friends in the cinema. But hey, if you have no cinema around, or don’t have any friends (I know you don’t…) this release is the one to get… GRAB IT NOW!

The Condemned is an adrenalin-charged action thriller. It tells the story of Jack Conrad (Stone Cold Steve Austin), who is awaiting the death penalty in a corrupt Central American prison. He is “purchased” by a wealthy television producer and taken to a desolate island where he must fight to the death against nine other condemned killers from all corners of the world, with freedom going to the sole survivor. Who is going to win this battle? Jack Conrad, or… one of the other 9 condemned prisoners? You’ll have to watch the movie to find that out…

    this is a blu ray rip. does that mean u can play it on a pc? or do you require a pc that is HD ready? is the picture quality HD?

    You could also just use the newest version of VLC Player. I can’t playback x264 720p flawlessly on my pc, but if I use VLC I can.

    Is it possible to load this torrent up on the playstation 3 and watch if off the harddrive on the tv? I don’t have burner for high definition discs.

    DEJ, to play this on your console, i believe you have to convert it to WMV format. it’s up to you to get this onto the PS3… usually 720p rips will burn onto a single layer DVD. so convert, burn, insert into the PS3… play & watch.

    xbox 360 will actually link to a win-pc and stream WMV formatted flicks upto 1080P onto the connected TV.

    nice.
