DiAMOND is back with a new release of the comedy ‘The Comebacks’. The cover immediately gives us the impression that this has to do with American Football. This movie is already in the IMDB Top 100 Bottom but I think many of us know that this doesn’t mean anything. I think this might be a nice Sunday-midday comedy and I think many of you will download it, plus it’s a DiAMOND release that we have to honor. Enjoy and have a great weekend!

Champ Fields is known as the unluckiest coach in the history of sports. After being forced into an early retirement, he’s given one last shot at greatness. Unfortunately, Champ is hired to coach The Comebacks, a talentless, slightly deranged college football team with a laughable roster and an even worse record. Armed with questionable morals, and weak players, Champ sets out to bring this team of losers together and make the impossible happen, win a game.

From the producers of Wedding Crashers, THE COMEBACKS is a comedy that spoofs the best inspirational sports movies ever made. The film stars David Koechner, best known for his role as “Champ” in Anchorman, and Carl Weathers. THE COMEBACKS spoofs such classic sports movies including Rocky, Remember the Titans, Friday Night Lights, Field of Dreams, Stick It, and Blue Crush just to name a few.

    The movie is actually quite funny, and you will have a great time watching it, not bad at all, not the best out there though.

    Movie was ok, gives some chuckles, definitely goofy, don’t watch it if you didn’t like Epic Movie or other recent spoof films, although this is the only one I watched, seen it twice, liked to see what’s in the Unrated ver, hopefully alot, watch it when you’re high or bored.

    Well,it isn’t entirely terrible. There are some redeeming factors. The actor who is parodying “Radio” is very good.
    He is one of the few that actually made me laugh.
    You have to be in the mood for this movie otherwise you will have a terrible time.

    Hypocrisy from Rlslog.net’s stuff. If this release came from VOMIT, you should have flamed it to death. Now you just find excuses and actually accuse IMDB’s readers for false judging. And we don’t have to honor any DIAMOND release that sucks.

    Try offering some fair criticizing of the releases and don’t just promote what you prefer.

    Do yourself the favor and do something else while watching this movie, then it won’t feel as though you’ve wasted 1 1/2 hours of your life. It does have a couple of good lines, so I’ld still download it. The video/audio quality is good.
