The Colbert Report 08 27 2008 DSR XviD-XOXO

Group XOXO which is fairly new in the scene ripped yesterday’s The Colbert Report into this 175 MB release. The episode was fairly popular with Mike Huckabee as the guest and notes concerning Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. By the way, the NFO file from XOXO is very informative…

In this episode, Hillary Clinton declares her strong belief in Barack Obama. I hear there’s already Oscar buzz. Then, the Democrats say the economy’s doing poorly. It’s gotten so bad they’re all forced to share the same talking points. And my guest Mike Huckabee now works for Fox News. I can’t wait to see how he looks as a buxom blonde. Hey, Democrats, I’m getting a little nervous that you haven’t invited me to speak at your convention yet. Joke’s over, guys. This is The Colbert Report.

@Patriot American: I’m Greek and I love Americans, I just believe your President is a puppet to Cheney the real man behind this war. But I’m getting off-topic — all I’m trying to say is don’t group all non-Americans in the same bubble. It’s quite close-minded as well as unflattering to other intelligent Americans that like non-citizens.
Nice release, can’t wait to watch it, although I prefer The Daily Show.
P.S. Martin — I’m relatively sure that XOXO is just a former release team that just reorganized under a new name.
    Cheers for the release!

Daily Show/Colbert online on Comedy Central’s website works here in the Netherlands as well, so it’s open to everyone I imagine.

    @ Martin:

Nope, they changed that. I am from Europe (Germany, to be precise) and can watch Colbert Report & Daily Show on their website. Without Ads, thanks to Adblock Plus + the local adfilter (Cedrics list)

Uhm, and by the way, all i keep getting when opening rlslog.net with firefox is “Apache is functioning normally”. Just that, plain black on white text. With IE, it works normally, but then again, there are the ads. Is this some new attack, or something to prevent me to browse the site with adblock enabled? :-\

Colbert is not funny at all and simply demonstrates how the level of humor on American television has bottomed out. How he got a show at all is a mystery to me. Watch the Love Guru and see just how funny he really is. Just hilariously…lame.

Id have to agree with Skoal, I watched the first two or three blocks and boy o boy… Actually all these American talkshowhosts are alike. Trying to be funny with those corny wordjokes and so on. And everything is scripted so even an employe of Jerry’s Baitshop could stand there doing the same. At least Jay Leno/Letterman has some personality. But in the end they’re all lame. In the Netherlands we only have one good talkshow: Jensen!. It isn’t that good, but atleast isn’t like anything else and provides a good few laughs. Id like to see a movie now. Btw the Mummy III sucked and Im not going to watch Narnia II.
