The Clipse Present Re-Up Gang - Re-Up Gang (2008)
Very well known for their We Got it for Cheap mixtape series, Clipse affiliated Virginia hip hop group the Re-Up Gang are releasing their debut studio album this Tuesday. Sure to be one of the biggest releases of the week, C4 has hooked everyone up, getting it to us tonight. Although I haven’t listened yet, the mixtapes are full of bangers and I’m sure this isn’t any different.
The Re-Up Gang is a Hip Hop group, best known for their signature We Got It 4 Cheap mixtape series. The Clipse Presents: The Re-Up Gang features nine brand new songs and three unreleased remixes from We Got It 4 Cheap Vol. III. Rapper Pusha T said:”Everything happens for a reason. We put out the We Got It 4 Cheap series on our own for the streets and that helped keep us visible and build the Re-Up name as an entity…this time, our manager Tony Draper got with Koch General Manager, Alan Grunblatt, to put together an official album with new music and let Koch Records do what they do best. This release gives us something fresh in the marketplace to reward Re-Up fans while we continue to work on the Clipse album.” The Re-Up Gang was created in early 2004, during Clipse’s long hiatus between their first and second albums.

i didnt download this yet, but i think this is the first studio album of the group, the mixtapes were called we got it for cheap. liva and sandman are rediculous, theres crazy talent in philly, theres just not enough room.

Anyone got a list of who produced what on the cd?
This isn’t their 1st Studio Album. They made an album (not mixtape) when they released Grindin which was fully produced by The Neptunes (N.E.R.D)

what are you talking about? The first studio album they released was ‘Lord Willing’ in 2002. They also released ‘The Lost Tracks’ in 2003, both were studio albums.

Theblackguy - Da Truth is talking about Re-Up Gang’s first studio album. Even though this album mostly contains remixes of tracks from We Got It 4 Cheap vol. 3.
And by the way, Clipse’s first studio album was Exclusive Audio Footage from 1999 - it was just shelved before it got released.
