The Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian TS XviD READNFO-iAPULA
Our morning post about group mVs created hundreds of unusually emotional comments and I even received a nasty email from mVs itself threatening us with some actions (huh?). The proud sceners were really mad after people accused them of stealing releases from p2p sources. All I did was a polite reply linking to this older post, which was also nuked for a stolen p2p source. And now, few hours later, everything becomes even more clear: a Russian website Interfilm.ru released their telesync of Prince Caspian and group iAPULA pred the very same release on the scene as their own. That’s also the reason why the sample from mVs didn’t have any audio – they simply didn’t have anything besides the Russian one. I’d also like to point out, that Interfilm tracker is used by majority of scene groups as a source for R5 rips, they just replace Russian audio with the English one. So the connection between p2p and the scene (which tries so hard to hate all p2p users) is really tight and this latest case just proves that the scene couldn’t really work that good without all people using torrents and other filesharing applications. It’s a sad news for those of you with a real scene heart, but as you can see, there’s no border at all and the final downloader is the one who benefits from it most.
Finally, a few words about this release: it’s a very decent 2 CD telesync with great image but the audio is Russian so it’s quite useless for most of you. It would be fine to see the “Russian” tag in the release name instead of READNFO – I’m pretty sure many users will be really pissed when they download this and realize it’s not English…

I don’t get it how IApula can be a scene group they DO NOT HAVE OWN SOURCE, all their releases are reencodes of different russian dvd9’s, so basically all they do is dld via torrent and release in other places as their own.
ohmai… and it looks so watchable, so bad it’s russian.
Now ya tell me. The links to this version posted an hour ago on another site and only after downloading did i find out it was in Russian. The vid quality is awesome but sadly i need an English version.

perhaps the rlslog staff should release the english version seeing how they seem to be disrespecting grps like mvs. I for one would much see this site die and use one of the other clone sites than for mvs to not release what they do. guuys like marceli have made this site a joke and it looks like even martin is jumping on the bandwagon. My advice for what its worth is shut the fuk up, make your money from the ads and let the site do its job, and perhaps be grateful for what grps like mvs do for your site.

@62 p2p, well im sure you know what that is, scene uses secure FTP servers with atleast 100 meg pipes, userlogs arent kept, so if the server is busted, users arent traceable…. there is a lot more to it, reasearch is the key if you care to know anything!

Hmmm! As much as I am tempted to download this (providing we get some english audio of course
) especially with the Irish release date not set for over another month I will most certainly pass. This is one film I don’t mind holding out for. This deserves to at least be seen on the cinema screens for the special effects alone.
Also if I was to download a version of this (not until after I’ve seen it on the big screen) I would not insult all the people who put so much effort into this visually to subject myself to watching TS :L ! Prince Caspian deserves either Screener, DVDRip or high quality R5!!!

In the post about The Bank Job rlslog clearly states that iAPULA is a P2P group, but I believe they had the highest quality video on The Bank Job (AR kinda sucked tho) but typically I will choose the iAPULA rls over others if its available. But still confused rlslog is iAPULA scene or P2P?

To be honest, who the hell cares if a release comes from p2p or sceners first, as long as it is half decent quality and in English. I could not care less which group gets there first, whether it is a scene release, p2p, stolen from p2p, stolen from a scene group. As long as the quality is good I’ll download it. The only people who get their knickers in a twist about this are the guys themselves.

It’s amazing that mvs actually contacted you and gave you sh*t about your earlier post.
The stuff they put online is good, just like countless other groups are good too, but for them to whine to you and complain like little b*tches just shows how pathetic they are. Waaaa!!! Does mvs need a new nipple for their bottle? or their diaper changed?
Seriously grow up and accept criticism. You aren’t the only group in the planet to post work first so don’t whine like 3 yr olds when you’re 2nd or when you release the occassional f’ked up crap.
mvs wants only good publicity, apparently. Well then be the first to start posting high quality DVDrips and the first to start posting R5’s and not TS, cams or other crap.
Bottom line: mvs posts the same middle of the road stuff any other group will post within a whole whopping few hours later and if they are gonna give you sh*t about it Martin, Mr X and the rest of the posse here at RLSLOG, then don’t post their sh*t ever on here. Start using another groups equally good work over theirs and watch their notoriety slowly decline.
They need YOUR publicity, Do I need to remind you how many people visit this website every day? They need YOU, to keep their popularity, not you need them.

But this time, mVs will whine if another grp outraces them with the TS.

If rlslog or anyone else doesnt like the scene so much (and theres alot to dislike) then why dont you promote quality over scene, such as the various quality x264 anamorphic releases. Push the quality and education of this community forward rather than reposting on whos first.
