what do you mean by that: backups are stealthed. When u say backups are u talking about burned games and can’t u just save your progess on the hd in the xbox

hmmm i am pretty sure i got the new firmware so there shouldn’t be any problem. So the only thing i have to do is pay the live fee and then i am rolling ? It would be sweet to use those burned games for some multiplayer action

I play online all the time with back ups. Im just saying if they see a game being played online before its available to the public there gonna get suspicious. And there really would be no point. The amount of people that play backups online before the retail date are slim to none so even if I tried there wouldnt be hardly anyone to play against. I can play them online to save my progress because Im not actually using the internet unless Im playing against someone but as with GTA IV the NFO stated not to sign on until the retail release date so Ill wait until then. And as far as getting banned the new firmware greatly reduces the chances by like 98% of that happening along with the fact the backups are stealthed.
