We have a new film from Austria. This crime film directed by Wolfgang Murnberger has received some good reviews. Subs are included as the film is in German and Russian. The plot revolves around a  Private Investigator Brenner who’s handling a case at the grill-station “Löschenkohl”. Take a look if you’re interested, enjoy!

Once again, something has happened. A man by the name of Horvath has vanished, and the only clue leads to the Löschenkohl Restaurant, a well-known country inn which specialises in roast chicken. And it would be most unlike Brenner if the bone-grinding machine in the cellar of the restaurant didn’t present him with a few additional mysteries. For him, minor transgressions and other human frailties are of moist interest here – but Brenner realises almost too late that he is in great danger. The attractive young landlady has turned his head to such an extent that he should be glad to find it still attached to his body at the end of the day.

    Downloaded two different sets of links… neither had English subtitles. The scenes where there is Russian spoken, there are hard coded German subtitles.

    Searching with the English title and/or the German title… there are no subtitles listed in SUBSCENE.

    Anyone have English subtitles for this 2 CD release?

    If you are sure it is not renamed .rar files (ie. *.rar, *.r01), then try HJSplit (freeware, Windows).
