Here are the last two shows that I’m gonna cover from Monday night.  First the Big Bang Theory, which I find quite funny and entertaining to watch.  I’ve read a lot of people complain about it, but I dont understand why they make a fuss over this show.  Oh well, to each his own.  If you dont know about this freshman comedy on the CBS network, well then its a show about two socially inept prodigies in their 20s who are living across the hall from a beautiful girl with a questionable intellect. When one genius falls for the girl, the other tries to discourage his interest because he believes his friend is chasing a dream he’ll never catch.  About two-three weeks ago this show got picked up for a full 22-ep season, one of the first comedy series of the 07/08 season to do so btw.

On this weeks ep: The Dumpling Paradox - Penny’s promiscous friend comes to town and Wolowitz hooks up with her. This leaves the guys without their fourth wheel. Sheldon goes a little crazy because his world has been thrown off, and Penny has to stay with the guys in their apartment. With Wolowitz preoccupied, the guys discover they are without a fourth member of their group and in desperation they ask Penny to join their Halo team.

Next we move onto Everybody Hates Chris, well be that as maybe but everyone loves this hilarious show featuring fictional characters and scenarios broadly based on real people and situations.  It is inspired by the teenage experiences of comedian Chris Rock (who narrates the show), while growing up in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn.  The title of the show parodies the title of another well-known program, Everybody Loves Raymond.  This veteran comedy series on the CW network is already going strong this fall in its 3rd season with no end in sight.

Last night’s ep: Everybody Hates Bed-Stuy - Chris makes up a story about a serial killer that causes a panic in the community after joining the writing staff for the school newspaper, as his skills as a writer don’t go down well. Meanwhile, Rochelle campaigns for Lamar Johnson, a slick city councilman, much to Julius’ dismay.
