Am I the only one who liked the pilot? Here is the latest episode firstly pre’d by DIMENSION. A troublemaker veteran makes his new partner sweat as they work undercover, using clever manipulation to continually test Dove and drive him deeper into the “roles” they play on each case.

    the commercial for this show brings back memories of Point Break and Keanu's famous line
    " I… am an FBI agent "
    Swayze drops almost the same line and intonation in the commercial for this show.

    Things I learned watching 'The Beast'

    1. When you rewind a video on your computer, it makes squeaky tape recorder noises.

    2. When you encounter a drug dealer with a tanker truck full of drugs, you need to have a mobster "vouch" for you just before you can reveal yourself as a fed and bust him.

    3. When the FBI gives you an evidence file on DVD, the DVD has an official looking FBI logo intro screen.

    4. Sometimes you have to shoot yourself in the arm to make undercover work convincing. You’ll be fine in five seconds, though.

    5. Sometimes undercover agents need to smoke crack and play Russian roulette, but only when they are monitoring other undercover agents.

    6. Barker has an apartment next to the CGI El line.
