With a production sound equally rooted in West Coast Chicano rap and neo-G-Funk, Tha Sire passes the mic to a gang of rap stars including KMG of Above tha Law, Kokane, Goldie Loc, Jayo Felony, and Kurupt of Tha Dogg Pound.
