I guess you aren’t used to associate a decent game with group SKIDROW, but this might be a nice exception: Terrorist Takedown 2 is a first person shooter, which doesn’t look bad at all (at least if you compare it to the “usual” SKIDROW releases). The graphic looks fairly acceptable, there’s dynamic lightning and nice special effects and even multiplayer (which won’t probably work in this cracked version). Give it a try and share your experience, the installation file isn’t that big…
The war on terror is raging. Violence is escalating. Time and again, civilians are being kidnapped for ransom. Despite earlier assertions, the government takes up negotiations to free the hostages. At the same time, they also send a special unit of the US Navy Seals just in case the negotiations take a little too long….

This is a low budget game offering from either a Czech or Polish studio which uses an older game engine to beat out a crude propaganda story with repetitive levels and crudely animated enemies who have no AI at all. This is then flogged off to delight the trailer trash who buy all these budget action and hunting games. Not always a bad thing, the Soldier of Fortune one was actually quite enjoyable, but others have been painful. I’d get this just to try out, might be ok for a quick blast as I’ve finished all the decent FPS’s long ago.

Been playing this one for the last few hours.
It’s nothing special, pretty much a run of the mill FPS, nothing new and in my opinion not taking full advantage of the Jupiter engine as F.E.A.R was a much better game in all respects.
The graphics are pretty much the average for budget shooters.
In brief, fine for passing a few hours if your an FPS fan but one that once completed will be put back on the shelf and quickly forgotten about.

You can all say that SKIDROW doesn’t release “descent” game titles but they released GRAW 2 (Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2) – it worked fine (no protection according to .nfo, no crack needed) so i’ll try this maybe this game suprises me

FEAR had the worst audio ever.. to this day I still can’t get the frakking audio to work even with the ms codecs that come with XP. FEAR is a good game but they need to change audio codec method’s.

It might be but it’s most probably not. First Terrorist Takedown got a whooping 48% average review score (gamerankings), which makes it somewhat difficult to get optimistic about the sequel

Leaving politics aside, this game is not half-bad actually after playing it for a few hours. The AI could be better, but the graphic is decent and the shoot-outs are fine. Of course don’t expect the game to be great, but it’s actually it’s refreshing to have a 1.6Gb game that is playable nowadays. For the record, i don’t support Bush or the iraq invasion.

I should imagine that the choices of location and nationalities used by game makers has very little to do with politics. Economic choices would seem to be a bit more likely, set your game in the correct area etc economically ( note the economic ) and you sell copies. It makes sense if you are investing a sum of money and expect a return on investment. Personally I really don’t care, humans have been beating the cr@p out of each other for so long it’s hardly likely to just go away. 2 humans is fine, 3 and you have a social outcast. Any game that lets you shoot muslims is an OK game in my book. Thats why I love COD so much, I just play the middle eastern levels over and over on veteran and see how many muslims I can exterminate before they terror-kill me.
