There is not an ounce of original thought put into this show. It is an extremely low budget show that tries to duplicate T2 but they do it badly. This show could be forgiven if it at least had good stunts and effects but it doesn’t.

This show will only last until the writer’s strike is over.

I feel sorry for Summer because I really enjoyed her in Firefly and Serenity.

Unfortunately, it won’t be. People want to see action scenes like they saw snippets of in the first two movies; Huge HK tanks rumbling across the land, flying HKs chasing down fleeing humans, armies of terminator endskeletons marching across the screen shooting at anything that moves.

What we’ll get is more likely to be a 90 minute drama of a bunch of rebels making a trek through a burned out city that resembles somewhere in Eastern Europe (which is where it will be filmed) while occasionally encountering a human-looking terminator that will show tiny bits of metal when shot. There will probably one or two big FX scenes that will last all of about 5 minutes total and the rest will be actors in ragged costumes trying to act like they’re some of the last humans on Earth. One of the characters you’ve come to trust will be revealed to be a terminator near the end, just so that the film can have a big twist. What scenes you do see of terminator endoskeletons or HKs will be cheesy CGI that looks like it was meant for a Terminator video game rather than a movie. It will crap all over the Terminator mythology worse than T3 or the show ever could.
