Also look for Heatvision and Jack. It's not tenacious D but it's a defunct pilot Ben Stiller wrote starring Jack Black and Owen Wilson (the voice of heatvision the talking bike). It's pure cheese comedy at its finest. Completely cheezy rip on Knight Rider.
