This movie is title is probably recognised by any Australian readers. The narrator is one of the best known Indigenous Australians – David Gulpilil. It’s also the first real movie to be made with an Indigenous Australian language. It won some award at Cannes and also won a few awards in Australian film festivals.

I haven’t seen this yet but the reviews are very favourable and I’ll certainly check it out. I highly recommend it to any Europeans, who generally seem more interested in Indigenous Australian culture and history than any White Australians.
