Teenager arrested for posting naked pics of ex

Meet Alex Phillips. The Wisconsin teenager is facing felony child pornography charges for allegedly posting naked photos of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend on his MySpace page. When contacted by police about the two images, Phillips, 17, balked at removing the pictures of the girl. Warned that he could face jail for publishing images of the minor, Phillips told an investigator, “Fuck that, I am keeping them up,” according to a criminal complaint filed yesterday in Lacrosse County Circuit Court.

Phillips, pictured in the below mug shot, told cops that he posted the photos last week “because he was venting.” The cell phone camera photos had been taken by the girl, who provided them to Phillips. Along with posting the photos, Phillips added explicit captions like, “Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!” While claiming that his goal was not to harm the girl, Phillips acknowledged that, “he probably should not have done this,” according to the May 20 court filing. Along with the child porn count, Phillips was charged with defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.

    Also I think the Police should start dragging these idiots in front of their parent(s) and seeing what the parents have to say for themselves. If the parents say F*** you, then take their benefits away or a heavy fine (Don’t bother waiting for a cheque, just walk in an remove goods to the value).

    Parents need to be made aware they are responsible for their childrens behavior

    she took the photos and sent them to him, then (i assume) dumped him, its only natural he’d post them on the net as revenge, hell i’d do the same thing without hesitation.

    the photos were given to the guy in confidence that he wouldnt share them around – but if she dumped him later then its HER thats broken the confidence and he has every right to post them around.

    but why is this up on rllog? i thought this site was about scene releases, so unless someone finds the set of these pics theres no release therefore theres no reason for it to be on a release website.

If you don’t want private pics or video to end up on the net, DON’T FILM YOURSELF. You don’t really need to look to hard to find stolen pics and videos from disgruntled ex’s on the net.

    I also think its pretty hilarious that he ignored warnings from law enforcement. He must have mistaken them for the internet police.
