its not about race its about talent, and thought…the rappers/hip hop guys on the AWESOME show “the Boondocks” have more thought out lyrics and messages than most real ones, “booty butt cheeks”! how about posting a link to the torrent of that kick ass show martin? but no, lets persist in broadcasting the stereotypes?

It seems so typical of people with racist views who post vague nationilistic statements hinting at the purity of your nationality. Wtf.

The only people who could ever have claim to that are the indians who ARE indigenous. Crazyhorse, you make yourself sound ignorant and uneducated with such statements. First, you obviously don’t know Kweli’s music, so you already disqualify yourself from making any type of judgments towards him.

You seem to be generalizing all hip-hop based on your simplified understanding, which you probably gleaned from the mainstream media. I guess if you wish to live your life in that box, so be it.

Your thoughts on being “proud” to be American also show your narrow scope of perspective, get over yourself.
