Finally, heres a DVDrip brought to us by ALLiANCE of this absolutely great movie! It may not be as well known as some of the other big name movies that have come out, but in my opinion this is one of the best non-stop action movies that has come out so far this year. I watched the R5 that was released about a month ago which was very good quality, if you havent watched this yet i recommend you downloading and wathcing it :) enjoy!

An ex-soldier (Liam Neeson) traveling through Europe embarks on a frantic quest to rescue his daughter (Maggie Grace) after the young girl is abducted by slave traders in District B13 director Pierre Morel’s contemporary thriller Taken. Robert Mark Kamen joins the screenwriting team which also includes Morel and longtime collaborator Luc Besson, who also produces.

    Here this it a real good flick, will pick this one up.
    But the thing is that the main picture has an IGN trademark logo on it. I reccomend removing that and replacing it they love to sue people.

    I remeber on time nintendo took a pictre off there site for the game Okami for a cover for the gamecase and they did not notice the faint IGN logo in the corner and they tried to sue nintendo. just saying.

    This was a good movie. But looks like the R5 version has slightly higher resolution and FPS but more importantly much higher video bit rate. Audio about the same. Get the R5

    This is really an awesome movie.
    It’s def my favourite of this year so far.
    It deserves more attention.

    Great performance of Liam Neeson.

    I have the R5 which has a very good quality. I won’t waste my bandwith for the DVDRip :)

    Well im glad to see everyone has praise for this release, only problem i see is that if you dont speak french then how do you understand the bits when only french is spoken??????

    Oh i get it you all live in france and can only understand the french bits anyway…. NOT!!!!

    So does anyone have the subs for the french bits only, they were there with pukka’s r5, but alas as this is the dvd release they dont match up.

    So please help me and probably millions of others who dont parle francais so that we can enjoy this film and understand what the bloody hell is going on.

    I watched this last week and wasnt all that impressed with it. Its not bad, but its just not that great either, watch it if you dont have anything else goin on. Its kind of got that cheap foreign/independent film feel to it.

    Can someone explain how this was out 2 months before it came out in theaters?

    When this was out i thought it was already in theaters but its just coming out lol.

    Usually when movies come out way before release is cause they suck but this one was really good.

    So how did this release so early?
