I love the Idea of beaTunes. Its a type of tool I am always looking for, because it helps cleaning my huge collection and moreover provides another way to create auomatically built playlists.

Can't get the keygen to work on Mac
have tried with terminal also, but won't open

Me too anybody knows how it is working…..
You have to run it through cmd.
For a quick launching shortcut, do this:
1) Create a new text file, call it whatever you want.
2) In, place the following code:
<code>java -jar keygen.jar</code>
3) Save the file and change the extension to .cmd
4) Run it.
Anyone know how to remove licence information now after uninstalling? It wouldn't work when I used my real information (name and email) but worked when I used the sample Bill Gates/SteveJobs combination. Now I wanna try it again.
and in what program i should open this .cmd file when os x asks it?
I dunno for OSX. Those were instructions for Windows.
If OSX has a command line interface/terminal of some sort try typing it out in that window (java -jar <filepath>)
On MacOS. I too can't get the jar file to work, but using the Terminal and the java -jar command I get the error stating that there is a bad version number in the .class file.
No idea about Java – haven't programmed anything in it for many, many years! So I'm guessing that either new Macs need an older version of Java or the jar file needs a newer version!!
Any guesses?
Or could someone simply provide a working version??
yea dudes really sounds like an awesome app plzz registration is needed for everything it wont do anything unless u buy. but cant seem to use the registration given. anybody kno an easy way to make it run on mac osx
I was having trouble using the keygen in MAC as well. The .jar file is written to accommodate windows. It is possible to get it to work in OSX but I am not sure what the steps are exactly. It has something to do with the main class not being recognized correctly I think. I was able to boot into windows from my macbook and run the keygen that way. I used the default username and email and the serial that was generated worked when I switched back to OSX and put it in there. So find a windows system and your set.
