Could I get an official scene definition of “WinAll” please? I always thought it meant that the program in question ran on “all” versions of Windows, however more recently I’ve been seeing “WinAll” on programs that are clearly labelled as XP/Vista only on the official site.

So does “WinAll” in the release name actually mean anything at all?
