PLOT: What would you really do if you had the power to stop time? SUSPENSION delves into that very question by combining elements of science-fiction, psychological thriller, and classic Hitchcokian suspense. The story unfolds as Daniel loses his wife and son in a car accident. While slowly recovering from his injuries, he rebuilds his son’s video camera that was damaged in the crash. Infused with power from the moment of the crash, the camera develops the ability to stop time when Daniel presses the pause button. This discovery restores Daniel’s sense of purpose, and he fills the vacuum in his life by taking responsibility for another victim, Sarah, a newlywed who lost her husband in the same accident. But Daniel’s good intentions shift as the power begins to change him irrevocably…using his power to “help” becomes an addiction, and the vastness of Daniel’s power can do only one thing…corrupt him.

    I just watched the trailer for this. Or at least I THINK I did. No car accidents, no time stopping. Trailer looked like it had nothing to do with the movie. WTF? And yeah, looks like it was filmed with a camcorder.

    speaking as the filmmaker, I have never seen butterfly effect, I thought cashback was pretty but vacant, and i think that if you actually saw SUSPENSION in it’s full HD glory, instead of illegally downloading it, your response of camcorder comments would be proven completely wrong

    If you are indeed the real alec joler then I must commend you on a fine film, which I will purchase on DVD as soon as it becomes available.

    Even though Cashback is in my top 3 all time favourite films, and I did prefer it to Suspension, your movie is a very unique take on the “stopping time” idea and I liked it very much so.
